Needed a stone chip fixed, rand them and they fitted me in next morning, assisted me with insurance claim and did the work within an hour. Efficient, friendly, helpful, can't fault them.

This is a great little business in Port Stephens. Just had an ugly chip in my windscreen repaired and it is almost invisible. I thought it was a gonner, but no and their resins are guaranteed. I am beyond delighted.

My family and I were driving from Adelaide up the NSW Coast to Nambucca Heads when a car flicked up a stone and cracked the windscreen. We were recommended Novus at Salamander Bay by the caravan park at Nelson Bay. I am so glad we chose this company the customer service was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly. As it was late in the day they had to have the car overnight but were able to loan us a car to not disrupt our holiday and at 9am the next day the car was already done! Excellent service from Novus Glass. Called Tim to arrange the measure and quote as recommended from Rick of Solatech for replacement and tint to a perspex panel in the security door of my pergola. Beau turned up when he said he would and was able to provide a solution to the panel in the door.
Beau also installed the panel, was extremely professional and the job looks amazing as well as secure.
I would recommend using Novus Glass.

Great friendly service. Had my cracked windscreen, which needed replacing, repaired here. Poor service, and given the run around, by the big chain preferred repairer of the Insurance company. Went local and got a great job done; I was even given a courtesy car for the time it took for the repairs. Can’t speak highly enough of the service here. Always good to remember we have our choice of repairer; it made a huge difference to me in time and service.
