Dr Zlatko Jovanov is fabulous. Best Chiro I have ever visited. Thorough knowledge of the body and goes in deep with history to help fix current issues from past issues. State of the art technology to help tightness, muscle inflammation etc. Do not hesitate to book a consultation. He goes above and beyond to help.
The ice bath is a great experience it is very calming and relaxing. I highly recommend this place for people wanting to do group activities.

Novoa health is beyond incredible. It is exactly what the northern beaches has been screaming out for. From the aesthetically pleasing layout to the find detail of information provided in each service. I went in for a chiropractic session with Zlat; being a postpartum mumma of a 8 week old baby my lower back needed a find tune up, and I was in knowledgeable and trusty hands with this magnificent chiropractor. I then went to the infrared sauna and straight after to the ice bath. And let me tell you, the ice bath is a whole new level of mind over matter I’ve ever experienced. I left Novoa a whole new woman. Without a doubt outstanding!
Zlat, Bec and the team at Novoa Health are amazing! The sauna is 5 stars, the ice bath (as unpleasant as one can be), is beautiful. Just being there makes you feel ahead without even seeing Zlat!
