If you are a bride, I highly recommend going anywhere be here, they made the process of planning my wedding so difficult and was not helpful in any way, they continued to add all these extra charges closer to the event with no prior mention, they gave my event planner an hour and half to set up a reception with almost 300 people, (bump in was at 4pm), we had so many other complications on the day of the wedding as well. I do not recommend booking this reception. Anywhere else would be better and you will save your time and your money, the day of the wedding we begged to keep the reception outside and “your team” made the decision to bring it back inside when we said keep it outside, so that decision was not from us which means the outdoor fee should be refunded to us due to ur decision not ours. And most the work done in the hour and half you gave us to set up was done by my third party suppliers I hired and paid for, not to mention the 5k fee you threw in our face a couple hours before my wedding to set it up outside because you had concerns about the rain. This fee was not mentioned prior at all. There was no contract that stated we needed to pay 5k deposit incase of any damages, how am I supposed to know that we would get that 5k back without any legal contract in place. You can sit and say you “think” it was perfect but it was not. You made the process horrible and I would never ever come back here again.

I attended a wedding during the weekend. The place is beautiful and very spacious, there was almost 300 attendees, and there was still plenty of room to walk around. The staff were friendly and attentive. They did their best to get the food out at the same time to every table and was always refilling the drinks. The food was either decent, or I didn't really like it. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.

Cute hall for a smaller wedding. Size wise. Attended today and about 220 people fit really nicely into the hall. It also has a nice outside patio area in the back and attentive staff who come in large numbers.

I attended the wedding of my friend Mark and Lara and I had the best evening I have had for a long time. The staff were so very friendly and very obliging. Food was delicious. I would recommend to anyone to book a reception at Novella on the Park. Such a very inviting and beautiful reception area for anyone looking to book for any special occasion.

I did a live wedding painting here in January and it was an amazing experience! The venue had enough space for me to set up and paint the couple's first dance. They were very accommodating for me and the food was delicious!

Wow what a venue! The food is sensational and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff are so friendly and made the night so enjoyable

I was a guest at the engagement party on July 1,2022, and these things happened. After sitting at the table, there was a plate containing some meat, cheese and olives, so I ate some olives, then I went to dance, and when I came back I did not find the plate, I asked the waiter where is the plate he said we thought no one sitting here so we took it then I asked him to bring another one he said it’s finished directly from him self without checking the kitchen I told him just bring anything at least olive just i can drink a bit he said sorry I can’t do that. Then when main dinner came there was menu on table so you can choose your dish and the waiter put chicken plate in front of me without asking me what I like, I told her change it with beef she said it’s random till I told here i have chicken allergy she accept to change with beef. Last but not least I back to the table and didn’t find dessert dish for me I asked the waiter for one he said it’s finished then i was angry with him and I told him that not acceptable and he went to next table the people for that table they left and he took the dish and gave it to me and that dish was for someone else. Also few things happened with people was sitting with me they was asking for things and the waiters say yes then went and never back which is so rude from them.
At the end I found this place Not generous and they don’t care about your guests, how much you gonna spend, your guests will frustrated and your party will fail because of few things like what i said.

The waiter was cute and was incredibly nice 10/10, not sure his name but he was caucasain and dirty blonde with a small moustache

I celebrated my birthday at Novella on the Park and we all had an amazing night! The staff were very kind and patient with guests and the food was amazing, not to mention the set up in the room. Overall I would definitely recommend this reception for events big or small!

My family and me were attend an engagement party two weeks ago. This hall is placed at the end of Horsley Drive which is far to my residence. The hall is very clean and tidy and the service is very good. We enjoy with Italian cuisine dinner.

We had our wedding in March and the staff was incredible, John and his team had great service throughout the night. My partner and I didn’t really get to eat but the guests said the food was really good and some saying the fillet was the best steak they’ve had for a while. Overall the night went smoothly with minimal issues, mains and desserts was a tad late though as there was another wedding in the other room as well. It was a beautiful venue and we especially loved the outdoor area in the amaris room, would definitely recommend

Good size oarty hall with indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Well maintained and easily accessible.

My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at Novella on Valentine’s Day! Food was amazing and service unsurpassed! John and Franca are awesome hosts and have a really beautiful venue surrounded by trees and the parklands. The staff are very warm and friendly and gave us a very personalised service! Would happily recommend for any occasion.
