Been to many car service but this one NoVa is one of the best in town. 100% recommend. Amazing customer service.

When you pay $1,800 for an issue and the next day the issue comes back as unresolved. Atleast their customer service is good. And they are obviously good with their reviews but I just feel like I wasted $1800. Doesn't mean they aren't worth a second chance.

I love Nova Charlestown I’ve been taking my car here for years also when they were located at Hamilton. Being a women it’s hard to know if your car needs extra things done and to trust some people etc this is why I take my car to Nova their honest reliable and have never tried fool me I have full faith and trust leaving my car here to get serviced and will continue to come back thanks again Nova

After a rough go of trying to find a mechanic when I first came to Newy in my early 20s, I came across Nova to get a second opinion on a dodgy quote and failed rego check. Unsurprisingly there wasn't actually anything that needed to be done. Since then it's been 8 years. I've had them not charge me when they replaced a crank shaft sensor and it didn't fix the issue and just in general do a bang up job. $29 for a Rego check and $99 for a service.
If you're a young person, female, unsure around cars or anyone else and want to be confident that your mechanic isn't ripping you off whilst receiving great service, come here.

Such a wonderful team at Nova Charlestown. I have taken my car here three times this year. Twice they have not charged me for their help and fixed the issues with my car. Trustworthy, fast and reliable.would recommend to anyone.

I recently and regretfully posted a negative review before I had my facts lined up. These guys charged me a $99 service which was great value and noticed my brake lights were on. They got a brake switch in for me but that didn't fix the issue but they didn't charge me for their time and effort. It turned out to be a fuse had been taken out by a mechanic checking out my air conditioner. Obviously these guys are not electricians so didn't notice this and referred me to an auto electrician rather than making guesses. The owner was very responsive to my review and helped me to get closer to an answer on the issue. Will definitely go back for a service and definitely recommend.

Love these guys, always polite and communicate really well. Most appreciative for how they don’t price gorge young women.my wife has been offered drastically different quotes from shops around town but they have always treated her respectfully and equally!
