Terrible service and incompetent…I have used this service before and finally fed up - quoted wrongly, served others whilst trying to take my order and got it all wrong and when I tried to correct the quote still got it wrong and blamed everybody and everything else except herself…. I would not recommend this place EVER! AND IT IS THE HEIGHT OF RUDES TO SAY”SORRY FOR THE WAY YOU FEEL” people only feel that way because you made them feel that way!

Robyn is always professional, friendly & so helpful in suggesting the best way to display printing or when copying and using the various other products, eg. Booklets, photos. 'Not just a copy shop' is my go too place.

Robyn is pleasant, skilled and super competent. I email her my printing required and she emails back "ready to pick up", usually within 2 hours. She will try to do complicated tasks whilst always asking me if that is what I want with the outcome. Parking is easy. I won't go anywhere else for all my needs. Professional presentation, booklets, laminating, photo prints it's all there.

It’s midnight and I am feeling sick to my stomach that I just paid $310.00 to get 2 sets of resources printed and bound. I should of asked for a quote, I should have stuck to my original plan (when I rang back 5min after driving off) of only one copy but lady had already started printing x 2 sets (without quote on price). If she would have said this was going cost approximately such in such I would not have had it done. There was a line up, I needed to get to an appointment, her telephone was ringing. I should have walked away.
Office works is worth the drive next time.
Advice for this business.give a quote and ask if ok before you print. That price is outrages and sickening.
Never again.
