I was recommended Norwest Clinic by The Hills Clinic, as at the time, they were not taking any new patients for ADHD.
Dr Kumar at Norwest Clinic has been great. He diagnosed me with ADHD in 2022 and provided multiple options on managing my ADHD, each with pros & cons.

I am most appreciative and thankful to have been referrred to Matika. She is gentle, kind and I am very grateful to have her in my life. She makes my current situation much more bearable by listening to me and caring. The staff and rooms are very conducive to peace and calm. I am in a much better frame of mind after my visits with Matika. Thank you.

Dr Mitika and Dr Kuma are absolutely amazing at what they do. They are extremly easy people to talk to and do everything they can to help you. Ive been to alot of different people and have found it hard to find people who are as understanding and empathetic as they are. Would highly recommend!

I have been attending this clinic for a year now and I didn't want to go to other ones as for me this is HOME, I feel safe and secure. They exceeded my expectations and very professional. Dr. Kumar and Mrs. Bhasin doesn't only do their jobs but cares about their patients and save their lives as much as they can. If you are looking to take care of your mental health this is the place to be. I am getting better and better everyday because of them. This clinic is more than and can't recommend highly enough. I thought I would never trust a psychiatrist again after a terrible experience with someone else, but Dr Kumar is just beyond wonderful for the help he's given me the past year. My trust issues are now non-existent, I trust Dr Kumar to do what is best for me and give me genuine advice personal to me. I don't think their fees are very high, though if someone might consider them high, I honestly can say that it's worth it to know that you're in the right hands.

I have been to many psychologists and psychiatrists in the past. This is the first that helped me and treated me as needed.

Highly recommend this clinic. Drs. & staff are lovely, professional & compassionate. The waiting times are usually quite reasonable, and I always feel respected and listened to, with safe and helpful care provided. I've had some negative experiences at other clinics so it's been a huge relief to find a trustworthy service.

The one thing I'd advise for anyone coming here is to leave extra time for parking - as spots onsite are limited and usually full (however there are other carparks v close).

I highly recommend the team of healthcare professionals at Norwest Clinic. They have continued to help me through very difficult times and have always been tremendously supportive and welcoming over the past 4 years.

I have been attending this clinic for a few months now and both Dr Kumar and Dr Bhasin have been a key part in my recovery with excellent treatment care and prefessionalism. The Reception team are always polite friendly and efficient. I consider myself very fortunate to have this practice on my treatment team.

Do not use this psychiatrist for a WPI if appointed by your employers insurance company. His assessment was absolutely blurred to find in favour of the company paying him to assess me. He skewed/dampened my responses which have ultimately placed me at risk of greater injury. Unethical at best.

Compare to all other doctors in this field massively over charges. Has no care for his clients especially when they cancel an appointment because they are low on funds and your never aloud to see him again in my eyes waste of time and money find a better doctor that cares about the people and there mental health needs

I’m replying to statements I’m not a patient of yours but the person who is, has been traumatised by you and your staff and know doesn’t want to seek help because of you and they never did any short notice they gave more the 48 hours notice

It’s very helpful customer service and Matika is very caring and very helpful I suggest whoever is in depression or stress I suggest go and see Matika they are very helpful and I am very happy to go and see Matika
And it helps me a lot and I hope whoever will go there they will feel same as me

Dr Kumar is a great psychiatrist! Very thorough and caring and he takes the time to make sure you are getting the treatment you needs. The entire staff and care I have received is second to none. Highly recommended
