My experience with northwest removals was very good right from the packaging of my goods right though to the later placing of the articles into my new home

Kellie was great at organising our removal. Very easy to deal with even though we changed our minds a few times. The removalists were on time, nice and gentle with our stuff. Would recommend to others

We chose Northwest Express for our move due to having used them previously. They were professional and efficient. The move went very smoothly and our possessions were treated with care. Kelly went to great lengths to help us during the process. Well beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Northwest Express without hesitation to anyone about to move house.

My elderly mother organised Northwest Express to move her. I was a bit sceptical at first knowing Mum, to whom she had actually hired. Ben turned up on time and both him and his offsider were so polite. Everything was loaded and packed and wrapped in a professional way. After unloading, they still made sure that items were where you wanted them. Can't recommend them enough. There is not enough stars to rate them. Well done guys!

It was a pleasure to have this company as a removalist. From the time Kelly inspected our furniture to the unloading of the truck this crew were easily the best we ever used. It was remarkable that the loading was so well organised and methodically quick. I will definitely recommend her and the company to everyone I speak to who is moving.

If PR is first and foremost this company wins hands down, let alone their efficiency and professionalism, beaut trucks and competent, friendly drivers, well done Kelly and your team.

Booked with Kellie and worked with her to sort what we were taking etc. The guys arrived at 8am, checked everything out and stated to load the trucks. It took 3 of them about 4 hours to load the contents of our 3 bedroom home and shed. Over an hours drive to our new place and all unloaded in the new house. Two finished about 3.30 and went to another job and another fellow arrived to help the one that was left. They were out by 4pm. We were treated with respect, and we had a few laughs on the way. Would definitely recommend Northwest Express.

We wanted to thank the team for the prompt, professional service we received when we had to move some houshold items from Tamworth to Dorrigo. The 'can do' attitude of the boys in navigating the move down a narrow dirt road and into a quite isolated property was outstanding. Please pass on our appreciation to the boys who managed the Dorrigo job. Their quiet and confident approach to manouvering the truck down our 'goat track' was exceptional.

Kellie from Northwest Express drove out to do a personalised inventory and quote on a Sunday for our move. Day of the move, Mick and his crew were punctual, efficient and friendly. Got the job done in record time and ensured that every item arrived safely and where it should. Awesome experience!
