North face designs are the best design drafting company I have worked with, by a long measure. I have been building for 33 yrs so that's a lot of plans.

The team at Northface Designs have developed plans for the renovation and extension of our house we are extremely happy with. Cody took his time to understand what we were after and to get to know us and our house. He's incorporated all our wishes, and came up with some great ideas. Bringing in light while considering heat was important to us and Cody and team solved that issue really well. We can't wait to start the the next phase and the building process.

Highly personable, listened to customer design aspirations and translated them into real world solutions. We had a number of council and utility conditions to navigate for our build, but Cody and the team helped ensure everything moved as efficiently as possible whilst also achieving the build functionality we hoped for.

If I could give 10 stars I would. That comes closer to our experience of Northface Designs. The great reviews on their website drew us in and how accurate they turned out to be. Cody was second to none in doing our site plans. His commitment was incredible and thoroughly efficient. There was no time delay in getting the job done. Cody kept in touch with us all the way through and also with the town planner and certifier. No stone was left unturned. He ensured that every detail was taken care of. I cannot say I have ever had the privilege of working with a more efficient and reliable professional. To top it off his fee was most affordable and value for money.
Thank you Cody for taking the stress out of what could have been a laborious job and simplifying and submitting it in record time. (I still am gobsmacked at your efficiency. Can’t say I see that much these days).

Cody was an awesome help with everything! He is really creative and great at suggesting concept design to suit the style of the home! We have loved working with him so far, finding him very efficient and prompt at getting the drawings done. We loved that he took his time at the site with us, ensuring that the end product was to our liking, and also works alongside a great team of town planners and consultants which made the process that must smoother, as we knew from the get go what the council would allow us to build. We'd definitely work with Cody again on the next project!

Cody designed our house renovations from a series of photos and an auto cad file of the existing layout. He asked us series of questions in relations to how we would use the house, from an entry point, how many people living in the house and ages, what were our must haves and possibles. This was all done via email and phone calls due to covid travel restrictions between states.
Well we are absolutely stoked with what Cody designed and are almost at the stage of moving back into our newly renovated house. We have had a fantastic team of trades carrying out the build and nothing was to much for anyone to change especially Cody.
