I called Richard with no notice and needed urgent help to clear a mattress and other waste. He was there in 20 mins as he said would be and fit me in when he had other jobs already confirmed.

I found Richard extremely disappointing. He quoted on price over the phone, the next day I sent photos, to be fully transparent, he doubled the price. I agreed to pay that, then he arrived and as his day had already got busy, he doubled the price again. He wanted $550 for two, maybe three Ute loads of wood and cupboard. Even though I reluctantly agreed just to get rid of it, he said because I wasn’t happy about the new price, he wouldn’t do it and drove off. Really poor disappointing unprofessional behavior.
Richard thanks for your friendly courteous service at a very stressful time (moving house). You went above what we set out for you to complete and thankyou for this you were a great help. I will not hesitate to contact you again for a similar service when required. Highly recommended
