Arrogant and over priced. Would never recommend then. We purchased a fence and gates from Northern rivers and with high winds the gates blew off after a couple of years. Their response ‘not our problem’ even though we pointed out there wasn’t sufficient screws.

Professional, Quick and smooth coordinating of multiple fence jobs. In a time where trades are scarce - was VERY impressed with the service and speedy completion. The quality of the job was fantastic also.

Replacement of existing fence with good quality new fence, all within a pre determined time frame. Site left clean with all rubbish removed.
Demolition, Supply and erection all at good reasonable cost.

We were really happy with the result and have received numerous compliments from neighbour and passers by.

Northern Rivers Fencing kept in touch with us through delays caused by adverse weather conditions. Our new colorbond fence was installed quickly and efficiently in muddy conditions once the rain eased.
We are very pleased with the neat profile and the gates which work well - our yard is much more private now and ready for some new plants!

Very disappointed with this company, communication terrible not only with the client but between themselves, the left hand needs to know what the right hand is doing especially when there is a number of different crews coming and going. We refused to pay the full cost of the invoice because we didn't get what we wanted, incompetent comes to mind. We were threatened with legal action if we didn't pay up.my advice to anyone looking for any fencing service steer clear of this company it is toxic

Was told someone would come and quote within two weeks. No exact time given - just 'next time we go past'. Waited 3 weeks before calling back to follow it up and then told, 'I will put you on the list for measure and quote'. When asked how long it will be now, I was told '3 weeks'. What happened to the first promise? Communication is everything. 6 weeks waiting for a quote that I really don't need. I urgently need a fence for immediate security reasons at a new house. I'm not shopping for quotes. I don't want to be told '2 weeks', 'next time we're driving past' and then no one ever show up. If you're too busy, then say so. Really stuffed me around.

Took 3 phone calls and 4 emails to finally receive a quote. When I finally got an answer, they were to busy for a small job.

Got several quotes from those companies able to install colorbond fencing in Lismore and they were the first to respond. Was very surprised how competitive they were even though I had to wait a few weeks to get my fence installed. Obviously you need to wait a bit to get a quality job done. Really pleased and actually love the fence. Good job all round guys.

Highly recommend this company from the 1st phone call to the final decision Rita has kept me informed every step of the way. They are professional, thorough and even in the busiest time of the year made the process as easy as possible. Will definitely be using them again.

It took a week to get a response by email. When I finally got onto the owner on a Friday afternoon, he promised a quote by Monday. Didn't happen. Rang Tuesday, was told the message would be passed on a someone would get back to me. No one did. Rang again Wednesday, same outcome. When I rang again on Friday was told that the boss would not be back till Tuesday but they would pass on message. Don't bother with these people. I lost two weeks when I could have engaged someone else. I have a puppy and a toddler that a fence was needed for. Poor show guys - very unprofessional. I don't care how busy you are, returning a call take a few minutes.

I just wanted to commend the guys that worked on our fence.
They were not only quick, tidy and produced a great result, they were also polite, quiet and friendly. Both my neighbour and us are very happy.

Extremely poor customer service. Despite multiple calls made to the business to make an order I never received the invoice so the order could be made. My advice would be to go elsewhere.
