I can highly recommend Dr Kate. I was very anxious and Dr Kate put me at ease with her calm and kind demeanour. Dr Kate is quick and efficient, whilst also being very thorough, knowledgeable and answering any questions with care and patience. The practice itself is calming and clean and runs smoothly. I recently saw Dr Kate Mackinnon for my first ever skin check at 50 years old. She informed me that I had to have a freckle removed and knew I was very anxious about the procedure, as had never had anything like that done before. Dr Kate was very kind, caring and highly professional. She was very gentle when performing the procedure and did a very neat job. I had to go back for a second incision and again, Dr Kate was excellent with her communication and treating me. Nurse Elisha was also fantastic and very caring and kind with each of my visits. Together, they are a fantastic team and I would highly recommend this Practice. The clinic is organised and professional with Dr Kate and Elisha doing a fantastic job working together. Carla on Reception is also working non stop to keep the clinic running smoothly, in between taking phone calls and making bookings.

This is an excellent practice. From the moment I set foot in the door, the receptionist was friendly and polite, helpful and explained everything. Dr John Kessell was very professional, thorough and answered all of my questions patiently without rushing. I will recommend this Practice to my family and friends! Very impressed with my experience here.

Very friendly Dr Cusick who went over and above my expectations at my consultation. He explained the skin cancers very clearly.

Dr Cusick quickly and painlessly removed a harmless seborrhoeic keratoses from my back and gave me some very useful advice on what to look out for in the future. Highly recommended!
