Northern Beaches Reiki & Meditation: Avalon Studio

The Reiki 1 course weekend completely changed the way I prioritise my own energy and hold space for my clients. Before this course I was felling very busy-minded and overwhelmed, so the techniques we learnt across the weekend allowed me to centre my focus and work with a much clearer headspace. I can't thank Vicki enough for her beautiful energy and presence during this course!

I completed Reiki 1 with Vicky a couple of weeks ago and it was an incredible, life changing experience.
Vicky is not only a lovely woman, but also very passionate, vibrant and dedicated teacher. For the whole time she guides you kindly and makes you absolutely comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Vicky to anyone interested in starting the Reiki journey.
