This is the second time Sam has done fencing work for me and once again he has done a terrific job! He installed a totally new boundary fence, repaired a storm-damaged boundary fence shared with 2 neighbours and installed a very effective new side gate to help contain my dogs. Sam provides a great eye for detail both in his upfront quoting as well as in the high standard of work that is done. He is top-notch professional fencer who provides reliable, effective and cost-efficient service. Asked for a quote for a front fence, discussed on the phone with Sam exactly what we were after, Sam turned up a week later, walked down my front steps, commented that I had a new pine side fence which was installed last year by my landscapers.

He then turned around and just left, no word, was there 15 seconds, wouldn’t answer as I called after him confused as to why he was leaving, didn’t answer his phone and when I texted asking what was going on, he just told me to get the other people who did the side fence to do the front.

Absolutely mystified as to what happened, can’t comment on quality of work but can comment on a horrible waste of my time, never seen something so unprofessional,

Sam and the boys did a fantastic job for the first boundary fence we did, we got them back another 2 times to do the remaining boundary fences. They did a sensational job. They have an eye for detail, very professional and we are very please with the quality of their workmanship.

When a potential client contacts a local business they expect a minimum responsiveness from the business.
After initial call and scheduled visit to site, which was cancelled, I then made several calls, texts and voicemails and no response for a follow up. After Michelle requested a further timeslot to visit site which again was missed I dismissed NBF as being a company I would spend several $'000 with if they are unable to respond to simple enquiries and keep appointments.
Really disappointed with the customer service.

We engaged Northern Beaches Fencing to build retaining walls, fences and gates for our big outdoor renovation. Our project spanned over several months (and several more than planned!) and Sam and his crew came at the beginning and the end to complete their scope. We had the toughest of conditions, with flooding and mud early in the year and lots of rock on site - the job was completed to an exceptional standard and on time. Michelle and Sam were both great communicators, keeping in touch and listening to our needs and vision. Very competitively priced and a pleasure to work with.

What a great husband and wife team. Michelle always responds to my calls promptly and was such a great help in sorting out the paper work with our neighbours and payment for a smooth transaction. Sam built a fence on our retaining wall and his knowledge was invaluable in doing the job once and doing it right.

Very friendly when I called for my front gate/fence to be installed. They requested photos. Wasted my time taking a number of pictures and sending them, they completely ignored me. Heard nothing back.
