After relocating to the Northern Beaches, I am thrilled to have found this hidden gem! I ama long term detoxer and colonic/colema experienced. Caryn is a very professional, caring and friendly hydrotherapist and I have found the treatments have helped me so much in getting my health back on track. The session is incredibly discreet and I leave feeling cleansed and energised. This system is far superior than any other colonic system I have used (and I have tried many here and in other countries). Although I did not use the colonics for weight loss I have found it has helped my lymphatic system and digestion and did lose weight so an extra bonus!

Had my first ever colonic today at Northern beaches Colon Hydrotherapy. The staff were so attentive incredibly informative before my session started and helped in any way they could which made the first time experience so much less daunting. The clinic itself is incredibly hygeinic and serene also helping make the experience that much more comfortable. Upon completion the staff give you plenty of time to get dressed again and you're given a hydralite type drink & a probiotic.
Highly recommend and ill be heading back in a week for my next appointment.
