I recently had the opportunity to take my mum to NB.cataract, retina glaucoma clinic, and I must say, their service was nothing short of exceptional.
Dr Claire Hooper was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each procedure in detail, ensuring we understood every aspect of my mum's treatment. Her expertise in handling my mum's issue was evident, and I felt confident in leaving my mum under her care.
The facilities were top-notch, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, further enhancing the quality of care.
I am extremely grateful for the excellent care my mum and I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Their exceptional service truly sets them apart.

My first visit to Northern Beaches Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma I was very happy with the experience. A lot to do with my diagnosis that I didnt need surgery! But honestly the staff were very friendly, the process was streamlined, the appointment was on time and most importantly my doctor was really good. A real professional.

The staff were professional and courteous in the preliminary exams. The Doctor was very informative and offered a range of solutions without any pressure.

I attended as an emergency patient to see one of the doctors (unfortunately I forget the name of the doctor I saw) and had a fantastic experience with minimal wait time. More importantly, they detected a retina tear and arranged for laser eye surgery within 24 hours. What could have been a very serious problem (detached retina) was treated with a pain-free laser procedure ensuring no long-term damage to my eye and peace of mind. No surgeon from the clinic was available for the procedure in the following 2 days so I was referred to another clinic, given that the doctor I saw did not want to take any risks, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommended from me.

I attended this clinic today as an Emergency patient with shingles in my eye. As well as cataracts the specialists here cover all Ophthalmological

treatments. Dr Matthew Spargo was efficient, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. The premises are State of the Art and the reception staff and nurses are excellent. I did not know we had such a wonderful resource on the Northern Beaches

While the care attention given by the staff and Specialist was outstanding there was a long wait of over an hour.
I understand that everyone was so busy but it would have been a courtesy for someone to reassure me after half an hour that I had not been forgotten. I did not see a soul from the time I was taken to the Specialist's room until he appeared over an hour later.
I do understand how busy people get but the patient has a life too!

I took my very energetic 2 year old for an appoint. The staff were so accommodating to us and helping to keep him occupied while waiting. Dr Smith was equally amazing explaining my sons condition and offering support beyond the appointment.

Thank you to Dr Smith and all the staff for their kindness consideration and flexibility in managing my son who can be very difficult. They were able to get him to relax and be able to examine his eyes and conduct a modified sight test. Thank you very much!

Very pleasant new space. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. There were small delays waiting for the specialist - but it is to be expected- still managed to complete the full appointment in about 1h and 20min.

Very pleased with my first appointment. Busy practice, but well organised. Jaira, the orthoptics professional, examined my eyes in a pleasant and professional manner. Dr Kang discovered a small retinal tear and I had laser treatment within the appointment time frame. Problem found, problem solved.

The experience I had here with my 6 year old son was wonderful. We were able to wait in a huge adjoining room which allowed him to run around, be a bit noisy and spread out while he did some activities we brought with us.

The clinical staff we met with were terrific with him, as was Dr James Smith. Highly recommend.

We had a very helpful and careing contact with this eye clinic, when they changed our appointment at short notice, from receptionist to nurses they made us feel relaxed and we were given written information on forth coming treatment.

The centre kindly booked me in at fairly short notice to see one of the visiting specialist. I was on a fairly tight schedule and when made aware that the specialist was running late, the receptionist quickly arranged for me to see another doctor almost immediately. I was very pleased with the outcome of the consultation and even more so, when they waived the fee because of the slight convenience.

I had upper lid surgery with Pro Ghabrial and was amazed at how I had no pain afterwards. I had expected to take painkillers, but didn't even need a panadol! Every is healing beautifully and I'm looking (and seeing) like my old self again. So happy I chose the best in his field! Thank you Prof G.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ball at Brookvale. All the staff were extremely efficient with all the many tests & Dr. Ball was very welcoming & explained everything very clearly & efficiently regarding the cataract surgery.
