Northcott reviews
1 I’m honestly so annoyed with Northcott.
They were so good 3-4 years ago but have been so slack lately. I had a review meeting for my almost 6yo son a few weeks ago, (a boy who has many additional needs).
The coordinator at last minute canceled the appointment saying it wasn’t worth her doing the meeting as she’d be leaving her position in 2 weeks anyway. From help of my support worker, we rang Northcott head office who said they’d fix the problem and get us in contact with another person ASAP.
2 nearly 3 weeks have passed and still nothing.
Do you not care about the needs of the disabled children out here?
My son needs an increase in funding, reviews so he can get more therapy sessions but now we’re stuck waiting, but my poor boy is the one suffering.
Beyond disgusted at this point and if there were other companies I could turn to I would but unfortunately can’t do that until my son turns 7 years old.
My support worker and I will now be taking things even further.
