I first visited their centre a couple of years ago when I had extremely bad headaches and they totally fixed me in 6 sessions - I couldn't believe the transformation.
After lockdown and sitting at the dining table to work, the issue came back. I was straight back to them, they're a great team and have yet again fixed the issue.

I have been experienced hip pain for over a month, due to workout incorrectly. Adrian and Yada helped to fixed my pain just after 2 or 3 sessions. Now they are helping me to fix my knee issue which bother me for years. They are the best team and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I had a sore shoulder and limited movement on my right arm, Adrian and Yada knew what to do. Instantly my movement on my right arm was so much better. Adrian was very knowledgeable and my massage with Yada was really good, she knew where my sore spot was. They are a really good team. Highly recommended. My whole family now goes to them.

I had a show one night and woke up barely able to move my neck that morning. I hastily made an appointment for that afternoon. After just one session I felt so much better and was able to perform! I went back for a follow up session the next day and was good as new with no regression!
