Jacob and Juliet turned up at our place promptly. Brief was simple: A thorough clean of the two-bedroom apartment. Jacob, the business owner briefed Juliet before moving onto another job. Very detailed and thorough with all aspects of the cleaning. A downer is she left the mopping to the very last task. When the floor was dry, the were sticky streaks and sandy patches in parts of the apartment which likely attributed to a dirty mop. I'll use them again will remind them to do two runs of the floor. Once with the cleaning products, another with clean water. Good team
