North Shore Women's Imaging reviews
4The ultrasound technicians are lovely and do a wonderful job. The receptionists are great in person but aren’t very responsive over email so make sure you call to confirm appointments. They also forgot to send me all my ultrasound images so I had to ask reception 3 times for them to send the photos, and a receptionist was very short in her eventual reply to me though I was very polite. I understand it’s a busy job but pregnancy is stressful enough without having to continually chase things up.
I had a great experience here during my first pregnancy. The receptionists were always friendly and sonographers on time. When we questioned one result, as it contradicted advice from my obstetrician, they took the time to repeat their measurements with one of their colleagues. This was really reassuring and made the whole experience a positive one.
If you’re looking for a place that is highly professional but also comes with a friendly smile, you’ve found it. We were lucky enough to get an appointment at the last minute. Michelle greeted us at reception, appointments were running on time and our doctor had a lovely bedside manner. The whole experience was very positive.
My wife recently been there and said the service was great and the doctors and nurses were very gentle and nice, the receptionist nurses even offered tea and coffee.
