My only suggestion would be that the information on preparing for the tests (on the web-site) could be made more obvious or pointed out more clearly.

I accompanied my 84 year old mother to an appointment with Dr Cremer. I could not speak more highly of him and his staff. They were on time and the care, kindness and interest Dr Cremer showed to my mother in the course of her consultation could not have been more generous, thorough and thoughtful. It is rare to come across a doctor these days who shows this level of compassion and interest in his patients.

Staff was approachable, easily able to book an appointment. Dr Cremer was professional, friendly, and helpful about anything I asked. I would say the my visit was worth every penny

I found Dr Cremer to be an incredibly thorough doctor, I had more tests there than anywhere else I attended, and he picked up on some things that were missed. Very happy with the doctor, staff and service.

Saw Dr Cremer re Pulsitine Tinnitus, found him to be a caring and knowledgeable Dr.
Would highly recommend this practice as they are very thorough with all of their testings and Dr Cremer explains everything in a kind and caring manner.

My wife had labyrinthitis during her pregnancy and her balance nerves on the left side have dead thus couldn’t walk at all, she was feeling dizzy/vomiting 24/7. Dr Phillip Cremer was extremely experienced and caring, and prescribed her medicine after discussing with the Ob despite there was only 25% to recover cos we have seen Dr Cremer too late and the previous neurologist left her untreated. After 2 months she has recovered 90% which is a miracle, thanks so much Dr Cremer.

After two awful experiences with neurologists, I started seeing Bronwyn Jenkins on my brother's recommendation. She has been fantastic for both of us, I've travelled from Canberra to see her and it's well worth the effort.

After three unsuccessful attempts to make an appointment, I finally managed to talk to a receptionist who was rude, incompetent and uncaring. I decided to not even try to see the doctor at this place. The receptionist seems to act as a gatekeeper to get rid of patients, rather than somebody who is able to listen and respond to referrals appropriately. It's not worth the stress.

Highly recommend this clinic. I was on a roller coaster of specialists and other treatments until I finally found this clinic. I see Dr Luke Chen who is polite, professional and truly brilliant in his field (migraine).

The staff were professional and friendly. Dr Cremer was so helpful. For the first time in 3 years, I can see a light at the end of the tunnel for my dizziness. I am so grateful for his help.

My experience was of a competent, kind, considerate and sensitive specialist.
All of which I needed after months of a deep fear of turning over on my right side while sleeping, which would send me into a spinning nightmare!
ENT, neurologist, physios, were no help
Apparently I had minuscule eye movement which is a symptom for benign positional vertigo (BPPV)

He treated me with humour and reassurance, and I trusted him to stop fourteen months of drama in less than ten mins
It's now two years and five months on, and things are good)
A great doctor, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

To B W: Dr Phillip Cremer is a HE I think you have an unfair mix up.

Dr Cremer was incredibly nice and he fixed my vertigo.

I had the vertigo for ages and it was ruining my life for years.

I have seen so many doctors and I have had so many tests over the years, I had almost given up finding a cure. Until a friend recommended Dr Cremer to me (after he helped her).

The clinic staff are very nice and pofessional.

I would highly recommend Dr Cremer to anyone with vertigo.

Finally got myself an appointment to help with my vertigo and headaches, it was scheduled in for a month and a half away. A week out I recieve a message stating my appointment had been canceled and I would need to call back. After a week of calling (at all different hours) A lady on the phone tells me the doctor he to reschedule due to another commitment. I could come back for a 2 part consultation, taking the test the week after my scheduledbooking and then a follow up consultation with the doctor on a priority cancelation list.

I called back 15 times earlier to try and fix this to no avail. Why is there no answering machine doc? Does Deloris who works at the desk seriously consider herself too busy to listen to a few messages after her endless lunch break? This needing to call you back for your f””k up is amazing.

I can see now why you have such bad reviews Dr, the people representing you are doing a terrible job of managing your patients.

I wish it were possible to leave a zero star review. Dr Cremer was extremely rude and inconsiderate. He was so disrespectful in the manner he spoke to me that I left before my consultation began. Would not recommend seeing him, there are plenty of other specialists in this field.
