Was a super convenient way to do First Aid training. Normally renewing takes a full day in person. I managed to do this online over the weekend and then the in person component was before my work day started. Online component took me a bit more than 2 1/2 hours though, it's probably 2 1/2 hours of content but you need to allow time for breaks.

Anthony was friendly & welcoming. CPR was explained & taught very clearly. Highly recommended simple instruction.

Highly recommend Simple Instruction for First Aid/CPR. It gave me the flexibility to complete the study online and go in for the practical test. Anthony was a great instructor and explained everything in great detail.

A terrific company. The training provided was phenomenally efficient, with an excellent use of technology and an outstanding instructor (Anthony). The face to face component was 1hr, compared to my memory of 2 full days for equivalent certification from other organisations several years ago.

Prior to this round of certification, I undertook training at their Dee Why location three years ago. And will continue to use them in future years.

The pace of the training also left no compromise on the quality.

Completed the online portion of the course which was fairly easy to get through.

I highly recommend doing your First Aid and CPR with Simple Instruction. The pre-course online learning was very straight forward. Took about 2 hours to get through. The 1 hour practical assessment was delivered with intention and a bit of humour from Anthony the instructor. Will be coming back to renew my certificates.

I’ve done First Aid/CPR for many years now but I like the small group approach that was offered instead of having 20 people in a class. The online learning was easy to understand as it provides several videos plus written instructions and wouldn’t take long to complete. The practical assessments were straightforward and you’ll be done in no time with the certificates issued on the same day!
There were 4 of us during the class and Anthony was a great instructor. Friendly, welcoming and explains everything thoroughly.
Highly recommended specially if you’re doing a refresher or renewing your CPR.

I completed the online first aid training ahead of time and attended a 1 hour face to face assessment in Crows Nest. Overall the online training was simple to complete and informative. I would have liked the Face to Face portion to be a bit longer, but we managed to cover a fair amount in the allocated hour. Would recommend to others.

Ian was lovely and very knowledgeable, also was super funny which helped to keep us more engaged. Overall super good and efficient and would recommend highly!
