10: 20 am appointment last week with Dr Noni Lewis. The medical advice was professional however the same cannot be said about the practice. I waited 1hr and 46 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor. The receptionist when questioned advised the doctor is "very thorough". It is hard to imagine how a doctor could be so behind for such an early appointment time and it speaks to an approach of overbooking patients whose time is also valuable!

I made an appointment at 11AM, but wait to almost 1PM to see Dr Spargo for only 10 minutes. It was ridiculous! The worst experience to see a specialist. And they use a kind of drops to my 7 months son to make sure there will be no problems inside his eyes, even though doctor can tell there is nothing wrong from outside looking. I’ll NEVER back to this clinic.

Both my doctor and optometrist recommended Dr Noni Lewis. Having had the operation I needed and received post operation follow up, I can now confirm that Dr Lewis is an outstanding surgeon and a very caring doctor. I wish all doctors were as expert and attentive as she is. I recommend Dr Lewis to anyone who needs to see an expert eye doctor who is genuinely interested in their patients.

Staff are friendly and helpful, Dr John Leaney is very knowledgeable and taking extra care for his patients. Highly recommended.

My GP said Dr Lewis was the best person for the operation I needed. Dr Lewis operated on each eye on separate occasions and I could not be happier with the results.

Waiting times are ridiculous, my first appointment I waited for over 1 and a half hours and the second appointment 2 and a half hours and still no Dr. Staff didn't advise me of the waiting times at any stage. I left. I wonder, should she wait that long for her accountant, her hair dresser? Not going back. 0 stars

We see Dr Michael Jones in the practice for my child. Dr Jones is one of the most knowledgeable, clever and loveliest doctors I have met. His secretary Casey is also quite helpful and nice. We highly recommend the practice.
