In terms of tuition, this is the best you can get. Their curriculum is more advanced which allows students to be more ahead in school, as I’ve been able to see my academic improvements especially during my older years here. Each classroom has a nice learning environment, and all their toilet facilities are clean. Their teachers are kind of a hit or miss - especially for English, but I’ve been quite lucky to have some really great teachers throughout my years here.

Miss Wales is terrible and mean. Not good person to be teaching with this attitude. Very disappointing.

This place has helped me greatly with my skills. The staff there were really friendly and supportive towards me.

I am disappointed that North Shore has scheduled classes on Anzac Day, 25th April, which is a public holiday. Tutoring should NOT be scheduled on a public holiday. This is a day to remember those who served in war, and made sacrifices for our country. Australia respects the traditions and festivals of other countries. The same respect needs to be shown to us. Classes should have resumed on 18th April, with a break on 25th April, then continuing the term as normal. Any staff required to work on a public holiday should be payed penalty rates, which I believe is double time and a half.

There computers you can go on during break but the only games on the computer were atari and spelunky. Spelunky was super hard but now I just wanna go there and show off how good I'm at the game now 2/5

Very expensive fee comparing to other places. Tutor's quality is a hit and miss. Some good, some not so good. Really feel like a "factory" and the kids are in the factory line sometimes. I wish the teachers and tutors can treat the students like their own child with love rather than seeing this as their part time job and run for an exist when the class ended.

Good school but tuition fee is expensive comparing to the others. I can see they have improved in adding more chairs for the parents and did some renovation to the bathroom but a more focus on the parents such as giving parents more communications about the progress of the children and some facilities for the parents while they are waiting would be 5 star.

I have found the courses offered at North Shore impressive and comprehensive compared to other tuition places. Their pricing is very competitive too! I am looking to start my son with their Bright Sparks Fastrain program. They offer holiday programs and homework support for kindy kids all the way to Year 12. There's a chess club, Robotics and STEM classes and creative writers workshop too! The staff downstairs are helpful and friendly and the classrooms are bright and have air con.
