North Coast Boating Centre reviews
10 Hands down the best boat dealer on the Coffs coast, and probably one of the best formosa dealers in the country given the distances some customers travel to deal with them.
Bought a new formosa off them almost a year ago, and the service has been exceptional. Dayne helped me with model selection and options, and was and is wonderful in answering all of my questions, and making suggestions, including telling me when things wouldn't work or were a waste of money.
Super happy with the quality of the fitout, my boat has a LOT of electronics and extras but they managed to squeeze it all in with very tidy wiring and whatnot
Post sales support and maintenance has also been excellent, with some minor teething problems dealt with promptly and always with a smile. Plus they stock Suzuki engines and Garmin electronics and are extremely knowledgeable with both. Dayne even came out with me on a trip to help really dial in my sounders and get the most out of my substantial investment in electronics
Having dealt with other marine dealers both locally and further afield, I can honestly say that NCBC are the best marine dealer I have ever dealt with, and I'd recommend them to anyone
I went to see Sam and his team at NCBC after wanting a boat for a very long time. I needed something to suit the family, but also something that I could take outside fishing when I got the chance. Not ever owning a boat before, I didn't really know what I was looking for, my thought was, just need something that floats on the water. Sam steered me in the right direction and I have now owned my boat for over 1 year and am still loving it. Before purchasing the boat, he also took me out and showed me quite a few things that I didn't know, essentially, how to drive a boat. Very happy with the service that I got and will certainly be going back to see Sam and his team for all my boating needs.
NCBC is not only the place to go to for professional, friendly and trustworthy sales and service. This place is local and become your family.
We needed to sell our boat due to unforeseen circumstances and NCBC did not hesitate to assist our family. Our boat was sold overnight.
Thank you NCBC for reminding us that their is still some good honest business’s and people out there.
Much Love the Fitzhenry’s
The owner was an absolute champion, very helpful, really knew his stuff. Had everything I needed in stock. Legend!
15 out of 10 is all I can say. Sam and Dayne know their stuff, after ordering a boat in March, they were very helpful and a fountain of knowledge. No overselling, just good old school service. Don't worry guys I'm already looking at my next boat, so watch out
Very happy with NCBC.
They serviced and diagnosed issue with motor.
The customer service was excellent and attention to detail with the service was more than I expected, which I really appreciated.
Highly recommend as local competitors lack what NCBC deliver.
A mile above the rest!
Great choice of used and new boats, motors and boating accessories.
Low keyed, very knowledgeable staff.
Want to buy a boat, this IS the place to head for
Excellent service and a great local business
Couldn’t be happier with the used boat I purchased from here. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Sam and crew go out of their way for you. Great service and price. And a whole lot of knowledge.
Called to book my outboard in for its first service as they are the closest to where i live. Because it was a different brand to their overpriced suzuki motors they refused to work on it. They even went as far as bagging the motor out because it was from their competitors. I've never had any issues with my motor it i just wanted a 1st service and I had to deal with their unprofessional garabage. You'd think doing a first service would be appreciated as the motor is new and in perfect running order. But these clowns are stuck in the past. I took my $$$ to omalley marine instead. By the way he qouted 30% cheaper then NCBC
