Thank u guys.you did my brakes a few months ago and a roadworthy today (Friday 22nd January 2021), i appreciate being able to book in four days in advance with no trouble, thanks again also to Shaun for quoting for the brakes.and the back and forth emailing, that was the reason I got the brakes done there due to his patience and help. Thanks also for when i visited early march 2023, regarding a very small oil leak in my au 2 and spoke to a guy at the front desk who said he would have it checked free of charge, and a young fella checked it on the hoist, ive sent a request through, looks like a very minor job.thank you.

Excellent service, today was the second time in recent years where I had a Tyre puncture & arrived without an Appointment. The receptionist was extremely empathetic and managed to fit me in. The Manager behind the desk was also very courteous. Thankyou again for such wonderful service

I have change tyres from them 4 5 months back and they didn’t put any old spare tires back at my car even i told them i came back to melbourne and i notice there is no tire and my tire gets damage and i need to pay $300 on the spot to put new tire because i had no spare tire.and they totally ripped me off for the tyre prices too.

From getting a quote by phone call to having 2 new tyres put on. These guys very knowledgeable, friendly and price affordable. Thank you.

Took in my car for a wheel alignment, they had it for quite awhile from the time they started my car, these are supposed to be qualified mechanic's right, meaning they know alot about car systems, well at the end of it the mechanic said there's something wrong with the steer as it doesn't re-centre and that he thought it wasn't bled right and not safe to drive. The issue for that turned out to be a stuffed lower ball joint that the brake disc was grindng on, I still have no idea how a qualified mechanic didn't see the glinting and markings on the ball joint casing as it's very close to the tie rod end adjuster (unless they don't use lights while under cars), when I replaced it, it was very obvious. When I got my car back my drivers side interior door handle was broken at the top, so fair to say half broken but can't be used to close the door anymore and they just completely denied and acted like door handles break on their own without being touched, no my door handle was not broken when I handed over the keys, all they did was offer me a complimentary wheel alignment and I haven't been back since, can't trust them not to break anything else and hide it. Almost forgot to mention that when the mechanic stated the steering rack might not have been bled right and that the steering didn't re-centre and that it was unsafe to drive, that was said after he done the work
