Once you get close to the store you can smell the pho stock, you know you are in for a treat. Had the beef pho and pork bao buns. Top notch Viet food.

Stopped in for lunch and we were really happy with the very tasty Bahn mi and bao buns! I had a delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. The staff were very friendly, the interior of the cafe was clean and really nicely decorated and the prices are great too!

Great place for dinner. Fabulous food. Good service. Have been waiting to get a booking during regular visits to Canberra. It didn't disapoint. Will return soon.

This is my new favourite place. Every spring roll is delicious. Pho is someone the best I have tasted. The authentic drip coffee with condensed milk AMAZING. This is our new favourite place!

Delicious food. We had the pho ga, bao and some spring rolls. Everything was absolutely fresh and cooked perfectly. Such a friendly owner too. The decor and atmosphere is lovely. A really nice dining experience and we will be back next time we’re in town.

We were staying in Goulburn City for a night whilst on the way to Sydney trip. The food is simply delicious and reasonable pricing:)

2 b Honest it's not Food I've had b4 but it was Different wen I 1st Started Eatn it I wasn't sure I liked it but with the Side Dishes I persisted n I liked it Very Much like most things were not sure of we r Resistant but we need 2 xperience different Cultures n Foods 2 Grow

My family and I recently came across Noi by chance on our way back to Sydney from Snowy Mountains. Service was very attentive and quality of the food was superb! And I loved the contemporary deor as well. Being gluten intolerant myself, vietnamese cuisine is always a safer option when eating out. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. AND their BOBA tea was amazing which I personally thought it's so much better quality compared to mainstream franchise shops in Sydney. My husband opted to have the filtered coffee which was beautiful too. I wish we were closer to the restaurant though we'll make our trip down to taste more dishes of Noi sooner or later.

First time visiting Noi last night and trying Vietnamese food and I was not disappointed! The flavours were delicious and the dishes were plentiful. Would definitely recommend and will be back to try other dishes. Great central location.

Such incredible food and next-level spring rolls a yummy place to head for dinner if you get the chance.the only down sides are the kitchen closes at 1900 sharp and this is a nonlicensed venue. Also does great bubble tea

Authentic Vietnamese street food in Goulburn? ! What a surprise!

I stopped here for dinner on a recent road trip and was made to feel very welcome even though I was a party of one.

Thank you for the delicious Pho. I hope to come back to sample the lunch menu one day!

Stopped here on the way up from Melbourne and cannot rate it highly enough!
The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and the decor was on point.
Do yourself a favour and stop here for a bite.

Was visiting Goulburn when I found cute restaurant. The pho and broth was amazing and the filter drip coffee was bomb! Will defs go back if I’m back in the area!

One of the best vietnamese restaurant we've been to. Pork crackling, crispy fried chicken, noodles, boba tea are one of the best! Will definitely come back when we visit Goulburn in the future. Manager and staff are friendly and accommodating.

NOI was so NOIce!: D Loved the beef pho here! Also, a great selection of drinks to be had. The ambience is modern and trendy, and the service is SO warm and welcoming! Definitely recommend.

Great fresh food.
Difficult day in Goulburn on Saturday.
The place was overrun by visitors, mostly from Sydney. Me included.

Staff shortages meant that the owner was cooking, did a brilliant job.
