The service was GREAT! Much better then the other Coin Sellers & Auctioneers in Sydney. Noble Numismatics mainly has old coins, from all eras of time, from the Babylonians, the Ancient Greeks and Romans, the Vikings, and Medieval England to recent times, such as WW1 or WW2. I highly recommend Noble Numismatics over other Sydney Brands, such as Jaggards, Coins Australia Pty Ltd, M. R. Roberts, and Town Hall Coins and Collectibles. Despite having a more compact space then the brands I previously mentioned, they manage to have such great service, and have a larger variety of coins and services. They even gave me a free collectors book, showing approximate prices of coins, the metal made of, the mint, and other things. If you are looking to sell or buy coins or banknotes, I would go to Noble Numismatics first.

Really need to pick up on the glitches on its online live bidding. Probably my last time bidding here again very disappointed.

I give Jim Noble and his crew 1 star. I found Jim Noble to be dishonest in his communication and late with payment of funds after sale. It took months of phone calls, emails and finally contacting my solicitor before I received payment. I had this trouble with Jim on several occasions and found doing business with him so excruciatingly painful that I had to remove unsold lots and will go to a competitor to complete all future business in the sale and purchase of coins and notes. I hope this review will save others the pain of dealing with this.

I went their store and they offered me a collector's coin book as a free gift.
The book is so valuable because I'm a beginner of the AUS coin collecting.
I will definitely join the auction to look the old coins features.
I'm so happy to drop off here as a customer.

They have three auctions a year and every auction has a vast offering of items for the collector or a beginner. They have a very good website for viewing the items online.

Why is the SAME ''nearly uncirculated' William III guinea that sold for $7,000 in the last sale (119). ALREADY. UP FOR SALE AGAIN in THIS COMING AUCTION (120) for A LOWER starting estimate ($5,000) THAN at the last auction ($6,000).

An UNhappy customer?

I didn't bid (sale 119) because of information received from an astute pair of eyes at the time.

Somebody else obviously wasn't that fortunate.

The condition stipulated in the flashy auction catalogues - in general - cannot be taken at face value.

It absolutely needs to be verified by an experienced pair of eyes BEFORE BUYING. Yes, at ALL times.

Unless, of course, you don't mind the possibility of the coin being returned in a PCGS bodybag (as 'cleaned' / 'altered surface') long after the sale.

I purchased 1938 florin for $300 at auction described as choice UNC but when got coin it was cleaned and marks all over it

This is an amazing place! I can literally find coins really really rare and valuable. No wonder I was told it's the biggest coin auction house in Australia. Really enjoy the auction! Next time I will take my sons.
