Our experience with Nobby Kitchens was nothing short of fantastic. The tradespeople were not only highly skilled, but also professional, prompt, and dedicated to delivering top-quality work. This commitment to excellence really showed in our new kitchen.

Absolutely disgraceful service from Nobby Kitchens Newcastle. They came out and designed a nice kitchen, promised us a certain date to which we agreed on and paid the deposit. From then it began. We had to continually chase them up. They would never contact us. We had to argue with them to get our check measure done, and then again to book the job in to start. My wife and I took numerous mornings and afternoons off work to meet Nobby kitchen representatives and they would not turn up on agreed times.
The appliances got lost for a number of day's. The cabinetry turned up in dribs and drabs. Some cabinetry took weeks to turn up.
The installers never turned up when they were supposed to, and it was an argument to have them come on the second day they were booked for. When the installers arrived they confirmed they were never booked for the job and they were only doing Nobby Kitchens a favour by turning up. They also told us they were no longer working for nobbys because they were always turning up to disgruntled customers and continuously had poor communication from Nobby Kitchens.
Our Sinks and tapware went missing for a number of days, and there was no urgency to locate them.
We are currently months on from the promised start date and are still waiting on completion. Nobby Kitchens Newcastle seem to have very minimal care, extremely poor customer service and communication skills. They continuously blame the mistakes on there co workers or other trades.
I would never recommend Nobby Kitchens to anyone. I regret not taking this case to fair trading a number of weeks ago.
The whole process has been nothing but painful from the start.

Our kitchen received a uniquely tailored timber veneer design from them. The fact that every element was custom-built, offering endless options at an affordable cost, was incredibly satisfying.

Worst experience in my life dealing with this company, it took a formal complaint lodgement with NSW Fair Trading to actually get a response and to complete the work. Short version - read every other one star review and believe it.

For a tiny expansion of a small two bedroom unit kitchen it took 7 months to complete from contact date, when it was nearly ready for installation after six months only half of the kitchen turned up, panels were the wrong colour, missing bench tops, missing shelves and handles and then another months delay waiting for the other half to turn up and to be installed. This kitchen extension was managed remotely as it is a rental property and this interrupted my tenant multiple times.lucky he is such a nice guy.

Regardless of COVID delays and complications they had disgraceful communication and business process, wrong parts and specifications, didn't provide final drawings as per requests and as they committed to, missing parts, rework, continual chasing from my end with limited response and fobbed off/ignored to the point of lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading.

I have seen photos which look OK from a distance and I will be inspecting closely when I am down there at the end of the year and will update this review on workmanship/install quality then.

I have been in property development for over 20 years and this is the worst experience in my life. Promise I'm not being a Karren:)

Its your money but I would highly recommend to go elsewhere and do some good research before engagement.

Update: there is a warranty issue with the bench top and the way it is sealed to the bench and guess what, after multiple emails and requests it’s not remedied until I posted this review. The company then reached out and apologised, stated they understood that they had some staffing issues and then they did repair the fault. The manager was apologetic and understood the frustration and appeared to be putting effort into repairing their process however, due to past experience and the delays with this repair my review based on my experience stands.

Great experience. Show up on time, be really knowledgeable, and have excellent communication. They did an amazing job for us, by explaining the process and every step of the project. He was very professional and we could not have been happier with my first experience with this company. Highly recommended.

It took a year to finish my kitchen they are very quick to take your money but not quick in service. They also do not fully disclose what you are getting when you buy. The tradesmen they sent were good but the service by the company was terrible would not recommend them to anyone

The designer's 3D renderings were fantastic, aiding our visualization of the kitchen. A showroom visit is indispensable, with color consultants guiding through finish, appliance, and accessory selection. Being an 80-year-old reputable brand, we're thrilled with our Nobby kitchen.

My dream kitchen saved by the team at Nobbys Newcastle! I've waited years to renovate our kitchen and a last minute error (not by Nobby Kitchens but by us!) was brilliantly, graciously and generously handled and fixed by this wonderful team. Thank you!

We spent $28000 on our small kitchen from Nobbys, this price did not include kitchen installation, removal of old kitchen, hardware, tiles/tiling, sink and plastering. For that price, I expected clear communication at least. Our checks measure for the stone top was rescheduled by us for a week later, they didn’t arrive and we had organised someone to be off work. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls without results. I finally called the lovely ladies at the showroom (who have always been great as is our designer Arna) who finally got us a returned call by the project manager. Unfortunately, no new dates were provided or trade schedule. We have to take time off work in order to be home, so short notice does not work for us. Communication would’ve been appreciated, especially considering our stone is not in stock and I had to contact the stone place instead to find out, Nobbys made no such communication that there would be further delay. Considering our kitchen order should’ve been placed months ago, I would’ve expected our stone to be there at least. Very disappointed.

Additionally, when the plumbers came and started making the new connection areas, they accidentally disconnected our hot water, so we didn’t have hot water for a day and then when it was reconnected, a pipe they had disconnected, but not capped, had boiling hot water bursting out of it all over our back rooms floor. The integrated dishwasher arrived broken and took 4weeks to get a replacement.

I was so impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the kitchen remodeler. They were able to turn my outdated kitchen into a modern and functional space. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

After due diligence in conducting a dual remodeling interview and getting quotes, we chose Nobby Kitchens Renovation. Not only were they the low cost option, they were the company we felt the most trust and confidence from. His team were skilled craftsmen who took great care in their work and in keeping the area clean and with minimum disruption every day.thank you

From the start of our project when Nomy walked me through kitchen options to the installation of our new kitchen, dealing with Nobby's has been hassle free and the kitchen is looking great!

We used Nobby kitchens to re-model our very out dated existing kitchen and could not be happier with the end result. From the moment we met Nomy in the showroom we knew we were in good hands! Thank you to the entire team!

We enjoyed working with Nomy on the design of our new kitchen. She listened to what we wanted and came up with some great suggestions. We also liked the showroom to view the range and see some of the products in use. They were able to customise our kitchen to suits our needs. We were very impressed with the great service of the team.

We had a very pleasant visit at the showroom with Nomy showing us and guiding us through our selections. She was very knowledgeable and friendly helping us through the daunting number of selections.
When it came to the design of the kitchen, Deanna went to the effort of coming around days before the appointment to measure the space and completed 2 designs. One which we had spoken about in her first visit and one that she thought suited the space the best. We hadn't even thought about that design and instantly feel in love with it.
Deanna was very patient in her design visit with all of our questions and indecision. She communicated very well through, before and after the visit, and was very friendly and easy to talk to through what is a long process.
So far all of our experience with Nobby kitchens has been very pleasant and made easy by all the staff.
