I have mixed emotions with my recent visit.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and the reception was unattended. After being greeted by the receptionist, the dentist (Dr Machida) already asked me to go to the room for my appointment. This was definitely a positive since the appointment started earlier than expected.

While Dr Machida gave some really good advice and showed me the issues with my teeth after an x-ray, I feel like he should be more gentle with cleaning customers' teeth. It was my bloodiest and most painful dental clean ever and my teeth are still feeling sore after the appointment.

After my appointment, the reception was again unattended. After a few moments, the reception lady went out to the reception to give me my receipt and health care card back and immediately left again after that. I wanted to ask a question about my receipt/cost of the cover but she was nowhere to be found. I thought the receptionist's job is to greet customers and always be available at the reception and not just go there when there is a customer in sight.

I had a dental check-up with Dr. Alisha recently, and I must say she is absolutely fantastic. Her compassion and benevolence during the process were remarkable, and my family and I appreciate her for that. Despite my concerns about my son Rayan's first check-up, Dr. Alisha made sure he felt comfortable and safe during his dental cleaning, which helped him stay calm and engaged. When it was my turn, I admit I was nervous, but Dr. Alisha quickly put me at ease. She performed all the necessary checks, explained my dental issues in terms I could easily understand, and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. I was blown away by how flawlessly she supervised my dental fillings and extractions. As someone who typically dreads dental appointments, this one felt like a great adventure, and I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

I was nervous as we have recently moved here and had no idea where to go. Not only did No Gaps Dental Chatswood exceed my expectations, Dr Alisha Jason was lovely and professional. I felt at ease, and very happy with my check, clean and care.

Went to Gap dental for a broken tooth. The dentist did a good job to patch it and i am happy with the result. Her manners are very kind and efficient too. Marie K

I recently had my 6 monthly check up with Dr. Chunyang (Mary) Jiang. This was the first time that I have been to No Gaps in Chatswood. Going to the dentist fills me 'dread' every time I go, but Dr. Mary Jian was fantastic and took great care to ensure that I wasn't in too much discomfort. I find the cleaning process always very painful. In most of the other dental surgeries I have been to I have at times needed injections to deaden the pain but Mary was fabulous - she was thorough yet took a lot of care with me and always asking if I was ok.
The surgery was clean, staff were efficient.and you can park underneath the building which is also very convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Mary Jiang at No Gaps Dental in Chatswood.

The clinic is conveniently located just 5min away from Chatswood Station (recommended if you are travelling alone). They send you sms for registering and check in (saves time in the clinic, if you have it filled before your appointment). Was referred to Dr. Alisha by a friend who had high praises for her and its no wonder why my friend was so impressed. Her patience and professionalism in clearly explaining evey step of the procedure and treatment with photos is highly commendable. It just puts your mind at ease knowing what exactly is going on. Will definitely recommend Dr. Alisha to everyone looking for a stress free appointment.

If I could give a minus rating I would. I came here 3/4 times and I had a tooth that required a root canal repair, the dentist consulted that she couldn’t save the tooth as it was cracked down the middle and advised to have it removed. I was pretty upset by it, as I thought normally best practice is to save the tooth if there’s a possibility of it being saved, however, with this practice they advised the tooth couldn’t be saved.
I went for a second opinion, to another dentist in Chatswood who was positive from the get go and saved the tooth no problem. Clearly the standards here are not very high.
Never again.

My entire family including my mother come to No Gaps Dental for years and mostly treated by Dr Mary. It's has been a blessing for us. Last week, my mum had her 7th treatment in past 3 months. Mum has been treated for general clean, filling, tooth extraction, periodontal treatment over the period. Dr Mary is professional, patient and courteous. We are very pleased. High praise to Dr Mary, as she is the best dentist our family have had.

Dr Alisha Jason is a very thorough, thoughtful and gentle practitioner. I highly recommend seeing her, especially if you don’t generally like going to the dentist. She makes you feel very comfortable. The other staff are also lovely and the general vibe is friendly.

I would like to commend Dr May Aung for exceptional service, care and professionalism that she has exhibited in all my consultations with her. She has seen me through a very troublesome tooth filling that has fallen out multiple times up till a crown for that tooth. In all the times that I have been under her care, she has always been super helpful, thoughtful and ensured that I knew everything that was happening. She gave me loads of solutions instead of just a surface layer 'fix'. She was also willing to go out of her way to wait for me when the crown appointment was pushed back to my meeting time (thankfully we did not have to do that as I was able to postpone the meeting). More importantly, she is very friendly, approachable and has a genuine heart to help. Thank you Dr May!

Always fantastic service from No Gaps Chatswood. I have returned many times for treatment from Dr. Alisha over the past 18 months and have been very impressed with the level of care and detail that is put in to my visits. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now, which is not something I would have said 10 years ago!

Never thought I'd be giving a five star review to a dentist, but here we are. My two kids saw Dr Stephanie Lee this evening, and she was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything she was doing, and was very kind and patient. Can highly recommend.

Dr Stephanie is great, very caring, diligent and talented dentist.
Kid working the reception on the morning of Friday 25 June 2021 has much to learn about customer service.
