No Gaps Dental - Dentist Parramatta

Booked a General Exam / Scale and Clean for my wife who was scared of going to the dentist as it had been over 10 years since she went to one. Dr Lam and the staff made the visit very easy and my wife said she is not afraid anymore and didn't feel any pain.:)
There was a little play area for my two kids while we waited and the staff were very accommodating as they put on a kids movie for them:)

My mum and I had a really excellent experience here at No Gaps Dental. Dr Paul Lam and the team were extremely welcoming and made us feel right at home. Dr Lam explained each procedure in detail and ensured we were comfortable at all times. Really appreciate the hospitality and patience shown here, we've had bad experiences at other dental clinics before and it's not very often you find a dentist you actually enjoy going to. The receptionist and dentis is very good. Really a no gap dentist. I have been spent more money (ripped off) with mysmilingD.not worth.will come here if any teeth issue definitely.

I have been with Dr Paul Lam for over 2 years. Treatments I've had include general services, root canal and a crown. Coming from a medical family I have always been extremely cautious when seeing other medical professionals. Dr Paul is friendly, honest and eases my concerns with his knowledge and skills, especially with injections. During my root canal and crown procedures, I had limited pain and discomfort. Dental services here are highly expensive and I greatly appreciate Dr Paul Lam for his straight-forward advice to minimize cost and time. Just like any professions, dental jobs can be difficult and stressful at times. I firmly believe that if you show Dr Paul your respect and understanding, he will go out of his way to take care of you as he aims to achieve your highest satisfaction. Dr Paul Lam is a great dentist. He explains the conditions clearly in a way that’s easy to understand. He also communicates about what he’s doing and always asks if anything he does feels uncomfortable. The cleaning and procedures were painless and done quickly. It has been a great experience attending my annual check up and clean with Dr Paul Lam. Dr Paul is very understanding and extremely gentle with the whole cleaning process making sure every step of the way I was comfortable and not in pain.

My partner and I have been going to No Gaps Dental Parramatta for 3 years now, and I wouldn't contemplate going elsewhere. All the staff we have come in contact with have always been very nice, polite, respectful and professional.
Dr Lam has been our dentist the past 3 years, and he is one of the nicest medical professionals I have come across. As many before me have feedback before, Dr Lam is a skilful, attentive, and well mannered dentist who treats his patients with respect. He has built a strong trust between a dentist and a patient where my family and I are always happy to see him again for our next regular dental check ups. He is great with treating children as he knows how to distract my daughter so she is not afraid with the dental procedure.
