Dr Christina Xu is the best dentist I have seen in more than 10 years. She is professional, polite, warm and kind. Most importantly, she is so skillful that there was no pain and no discomfort at all when I had my scaling and filling. Thumbs up!

I’ve recently had a crown to save one of my teeth. Dr Natasha Gumbar worked so hard in the preparation stage as the tooth was in such a difficult location in my mouth. I’ve now had the permanent crown placed and it’s very comfortable after some precision dentistry to ensure a perfect fit. Thank you

Upon welcoming, Sonali enquired about my general state of health and whether I had any issue with my teeth. If I have an issue, she normally explains how to remedy it. She is an excellent dentist and I trust her. A few years back, I switched to No Gap and found that together with my Health Fund Cover the service is financially impressive.

The dentists are inexperienced and amateurs.
I went to clean my teeth about two years ago. I was concerned about a sensitive tooth that had tried for few years prior to keep clean and infection free.
I saw a dentist by name of "Doctor YU", he took x rays and said to me that he is going to Deep Clean below the tooth. I agreed and trusted him. Instead he put so much pressure and cleaning material under the tooth that BROKE my tooth.
When I realized later and complained. The dentist told me "I am sorry, "THE TOOTH WAS ALREADY CRACKED BEFORE", we can offer you pulling the tooth out without charge! LOL!
Which I could have done it with my Health card "BUPA", with No Problem.
Please be Warned about this so called Dentist "YU", and the practice.

I went to see Sonali Arora as I had a hole in my tooth. She advised me that it was a wisdom tooth, and suggested she removed it. She was incredibly gentle, and explained everything she was doing. I highly recommend Sonali and will never see another dentist again.

I saw Dr Shagun for the first time, as I had changed my dental appointment and could not get another suitable appointment with my usual dentist. When I met Dr Shagun, she had already read the notes from my previous visits and was well informed of my dental treatment needs. The practice is also very conveniently located with plenty of parking available across the street.

Pretty happy with the dental checkup and treatment done here. Dr Shagun Gandhi explained everything clearly and allowed me to make an informed decision about the treatment. My appointment was well managed in terms of time predictability.

Not happy. Visited them for scaling and it was done in 10 mins. Sure I ahve to visit another dentist soon for proper scaling. They were more interested in taking xray.

I used to be a customer. I was recommended a crown, and got offered a discount if had it done within a very limited amount of time. This is a sales tactic that appeals to the fear-of-missing-out sentiment. Fine for buying groceries, but not for trying to pressure me into making a decision about my health. Besides, by engaging in these tactics, they call into question the objectivity of their recommendation. Would trying to get my business be partly behind that recommendation? I'm not coming back.

Saw Dr Tina for my first dental check up in years and she was fantastic. Walked me through and explained all the issues without making it sound too complex or dumbing it down completely. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Will be coming back for the 6month check for sure!
