If I could give them less than one star I would.
Tried to kick us out to the curb because the owners wanted to move in because their house flooded, when really they were just money hungry and wanted more rent now covid was over. When we denied their offer they tried to do everything possible to make us leave. Stole our hard earned money on top of it, lucky the court confirmed they were breaking the law and set the story straight and we got our money back.
To later find out on the day we moved out that it was up for rent again after continuously telling us the owner wants to move in.
Don't rent with them, dodgy as they come and two faced. They make you believe they helping you but really don't care and want to make the landlords happy.
STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!

Hi, this is the worst real estate. We got the rented house from the owner and owner sold the property and the property was managed by nirvana real estate. At that time they didn’t inspect the house. The house was old and bit already damaged. When we moved from the house we cleaned the house and cut the grass. But they said you damaged the property and house is not clean and cut the bond (cleaning $600+gst and grass $250+gst) that’s totally unfair. Even we sent them the pictures of the house when we moved into the house telling them the house was already damaged. But they didn’t listen. These are the scammers. Don’t buy or rent any property from this real estate. Totally unprofessional.
