Dealing with Nigam was an absolute pleasure. He listened very carefully to our wishes and dealt with our concerns patiently. His constructive ideas helped produce a final design we were pleased with.

We Choose Nirva Designs for our first home.
Our Lot plan showed Garage at rear but with Nigam's Help we were able to design and get approval for house with Garage at front & Not compromising space for Backyard.
Nigam was very Helpful in suggesting floor plans based on our requirements.

During construction stage he helped us decide interior options & Making informed decissions.

I would like to share some honest feed back for this compny, usually i do not provide any feed backs but i felt like providing one this time

To start of our journey with building a house and didnt had any idea on how our dream house is going to be, we had approched few architectures and experience wa not that great, later with the lot of research we opted NIRVA designs.

We have explained our requirement and he provided us the draft plan, and inspite of toomany ammendments, he always comply to it.
Mr. Nigam had never shown any sign of irritation and not complying to our changes, infact he always provide the right ideas and keeping him self under council guidelines.

He always suggested right ideas and prompty respond to us back on the completions and he is also very well known on vastu aspects

here the time comes, when he submitted the final plan and we were verry much impressed with work.

He is also experience in dealing with the council for aprovals and with no variations or any more amendemts required by council, our DA was approved in matter of 2 months.all thanks to Mr Nigam.

I would strongly recommned NIRVA desighns (Mr. Nigam) for architectural servieces.the one who take there services will not get dissapointed.
He is honest, Sincere and has great creative architechture skills.

We have engaged Nigam to design our dream home, and he has truly gone above and beyond, and we achieved a complete masterpiece. The design process throughout the time was very conducive, and he always listens to our requirements and provide his input which suited to the clients. The turn-round of the design changes was very quick within 3-4 days. Nigam also had excellent knowledge of all of the rules which comply with council requirements or not, it will save your time on approval. We appreciate that it busy period within the construction industry as so much build happening around greater Sydney and Nigam providing deliverables within 3-5 days is very commendable.

Nirva Design team is very supportive.
They offered me virtual sessions during lockdown and it was more flexible than my initial sessions where I had to travel to the office.
