Nike Factory Outlet reviews
56Stand in a line for 30minutes for a 30% off advertised sale. Everything in shop 30% it said. Get to counter “Sorry not kids stuff”. Wears that sign. It’s a joke, $500 worth of stuff left at store.
Before Easter, and get a member ship. You can buy it 10 % or 40-50 % discount more. We visited all sports shops
Was a pretty long line on Easter Saturday. Range was not that great but staff were friendly and refunds accepted with receipt and tags
Every store is open for late night shopping in the outlet but Nike store close at 5pm.
Very disappointed. You have to allow people to shop after 5pm at least one day a week, as every other shop does.
Couldn't get in had a big line the wrapped around the corner. 1.5hours to closing time, figured wouldn't be able to make it even if waited.
Very popular place. Limited to certain numbers at any one time so queue at front till they let you in. Quite a number of discounted clothing and shoes
Man I just went to have a look if there was something new and there was a guy who just hit me directly where I needed and helped me with everything. Stunning customer service, therefore at the end of the day, I bought 2 pairs of shoes with the best quality and price in the market. True legends!
The store is nice. It has everything you would expect, the only problem is the queue on the entrance. Have to wait on the weekends for 10 -20 min
Came away with what we went in for. But lament the lack of active wear choice for men compared to women.
I went to the Nike store at Birkenhead and there was a large line. Despite being disabled with one leg, clearly having difficulty walking on crutches, the staff sent me to the end of the line saying it wouldn’t be fair to let me pass. The lack of compassion and consideration for people with disabilities was disgraceful, Nike and its staff should be a shamed!
Several same items in DFO Nike store are cheaper.
Basketball shoes do pop up here every here and there if you keep an eye out.
Can be a long line too on weekends
The manager was racist, I saw the way he treated an Asian customer. Refused service and would not talk to her because she was of Asian descent. Then kicked her out of the store. Would not treat my worst enemy that way.
Really bad shopping experience, have to line up for such a long time. And during the shopping, the manager and the staff were extremely rude and showed no manner to the customer.
Good store, great prices and deals while in store as well. Good variety of clothing for kids, men's and women's. Very covid safe with check-in register before walking in.
If you like being ignored and treated poorly then go to this store. Don't often write reviews, but it was soooo bad that I felt prompted to.
A good place to purchase nike good, they always have good discounts for apparel, shoes and accessories. Most of the stuff that they sell is discounted and they have a wide range of stuff in the store. This place is usually packed with people, so come early unless you want to wait in line
Prices are great but customer service is TERRIBLE! They are all just chatting together and totally oblivious to customers unless you physically walk up to them and ask for help, and even then once they get your size they disappear. I asked whether a running shoe size fit well and the guy had no idea and gave no professional help. They need to work on their customer service and actually knowing what is going to be best for their customer, especially in a shoe which is very important to have the proper fit and support for your foot.
Could potentially be a virus hotspot, minimal safe distance in place!
Absolutely incapable to minimize risks associated with Covid 19.1-No mandatory masks upon entry!
2-No gloves!
3-No fresh socks (imagine this)!
4-No air flow whatsoever!
5-The shop resembles a "shoe box" smelly!
6-They employ people fresh from high school to be managers (with no common sense)!
Not going there while the virus is active for sure!
This is actually a zero-star rating. Nike website advises the Birkenhead Point store opens at 10am on Sunday. Easily 50 people lining up out the front waiting to get in. Waiting at the front of the line, I rang at 10: 10am to ask when they will open, only to be told they open at 11am. No sign on the door, no apology, no coming outside to inform everyone. Terrible customer service! I drove half an hour to get here. If you’re reducing your hours because of the pandemic, it is critical that you publish accurate information and updates.
