Absolutely wonderful service! Met Night N Day while perusing the trade tables at a conference and I was impressed with the quality of the products and that they have the ability to make to order, along with the friendly welcome at the table. Also appealing is that this is an Australian family business. Usually weekly I request quotes from Night N Day for the disability clients I consult and the feedback on quality of products and the price comparisons is very well received. Their quoting is spot on and there is a very quick response, I have usually received the quote within a few hours. Can't even begin to tell you all how AMAZING this place is. I have a 7 year old Autistic daughter who is struggling with toileting issues. Thank God I found Night and day cause they have been a blessing. The customer service here is the best in the business. We use NDIS and they make it so easy for us. We have purchased bed mats which fit beautifully and the waterproof quilt covers, pillow cases and mattress protector are absolutely amazing they feel great and work well as they get wet every night and six months later still working great and to make it even more fantastic it's Australian made highly recommend.

Really impressed with this company. I am an NDIS support coordinator I often need products for my participants. This service has gone above and beyond to source hard to find products and even create individualised products that can't be found elsewhere. They actually answer the phone when you call and your not on hold for long periods of time like with other companies.

I have been using Night N Day Comfort products for my son for about 10 years. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the products to be incredible. Their onsies and bathers have been fantastic. The onsies are custom made so we have been able to make all sorts of alterations so that they suit our needs. Nothing has ever been too hard, they have catered to our every requirement, whether that be the type of material, the size of the neckline or adding extra Velcro to make it harder to access. I cannot more highly recommended them!
