Meghna is so professional in what she does, her communication skills and attention to detail are second to none. Whenever I contact her for something, she is so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy.

We had some maintenance issues, and repairs in the rental property that needed urgent action and we were so glad that Arushi stepped in and helped us fix these issues even with everything right due to COVID-19, she communicated with the landlord and helped us fix our issues. She communicated clearly with us and kept us updated without us having to follow up.

We met Chloe at the open home for a rental property on Saturday. Chloe was there early and set up everything so people could walk through ensuring all covid requirements are adhered too. Chloe answered all questions and provided as much information as was needed. Overall the agency was responsive and acted promptly on monday morning with open communication regarding missing documents and information. Their speed to action was like no other as we applied to 5 properties and only heard from them. Great service, professional and prompt. Highly recommend Chloe and the team if you are looking to lease property.

I was referred by a friend to reach out Nidus Group for renting out a property around the Rooty Hill area.

I was put in touch with Arushi from the team, who took the time to explain the entire renting/leasing process. She was available on call and despite COVID lockdowns made finding a rental property so easy! Just Received a phone call from a Nidus Group sales manager today.
Was advised that there was nothing they could or would do to help me to get my money back.
I was asked to cancel my fair trading complaint against Nidus Group Rooty Hill as it would not help me to get my money back.

My Response to your response
your financial incentive is your commission on selling a when a house is sold.
Did you tell the new buyer of 45 Rupertswood road about the serious defects that I informed you about before they bought it?
As known issues your sales team should have notified them, but I would assume that they used the same tactics with them as they did with me.

Yes the cooling off period is to provide the buyer time to perform their due diligence, but the real estate agent still has the responsibility to advise the buyer of any known issues to the property.

I did not make a defamatory remark, I asked if you had informed the buyer. I did not state that you didn't notify the buyer, I asked if you notified the buyer?

Do you understand the difference between a remark and a question?
Questions are not defamatory, your lack of response on here is defamatory.

Again, I asked a question, I did not state that that had happened.
Your response should be that he had told the buyer the issues if that is what had happened. Otherwise if he didn't, then there is still nothing defamatory, as that is what had occurred.

I am advising you to stop threatening me legally as you are just digging yourselves in deeper, and if you don't understand the difference between a question and a statement, please look it up.

These people never call back, their sales agents are of very low quality. You call the office keep on leaving messages but they never call back. Once gave a house for rent in 1 year not a single time they inspected the house. Plus there fees are higher than agents

Buyer beware, Amit did not advise on Serious defects with a property I was trying to buy from them, when I called to discuss was told by Amit that he didn't know that bathrooms needed drains, and was rude to me, they are refusing to refund my deposit, so I am out thousands.
Will never do business with Nidus again and would recommend no-one else does.

Though we didn’t buy from Marvin he helped us so much in the process, even more than the actual selling agent we bought our home from. He gave advice with Conveyancers and also referred the building inspector. He truly went out of his way just to help us with nothing to gain from us there are no words to show our appreciation. Thank you Marvin.

This is the worst company I dealt with as buyer with agent called Umar which honesty hopeless do not call back when you need them most, ignored your questions, they claim they will return calls but no one does, the real estate has some good agent call Courtney who of course left the office
Umer The agent has never been in office or at his desk so he takes a message for a call back which never happens! 
just dealing and communicating with him was a nightmare. 
No replies to multiple emails asking for information but he has never responded or he did respond with incorrect information so I had to contact my lawyer to push things and get the information from them.
I tried to escalate the matter the management A lady called Jackie who ignores my calls I am shocked how they still running this real estate with this kind of manners
Customer service makes different in any real estate and good Reputation matters i hope they understand

Irresponsible people I bought a Property from Nidus, they never call you back and they will always be busy you need to chase them up for each and everything. I made a mistake of rented my property with them I need to re think and regret for that. Still now am chasing with the Property Manager but no use. I have never met a good property manager in Nidus. No Responsibility No Accountability.
To get your rent u must chase them and remind them. I have not received the Ingoing report still chasing them.
I would give 0 star for them.

If I could give no stars I would Nidus group real estate is the worst real estate I have ever delt with. They are incompetent at what they do. You try to reach them by phone they say they will always call back but never they do. When you call you are always told the property manger is on a phone call or in a meeting. When I inspected the peoperty I noticed it had a broken clothesline (only a quater of a hills clothesline) at the inspection I told the property manger and they said it will be fixed before I move into the property it wasn't fixed during the 12 months lease I kept on ringing to get a clothesline installed no clothesline was intalled. After the lease finished I handed the keys back on a Thursday and said I wanted to attend the final inspection and on the Monday after they did the final inspection. I rang the office and asked why they did the final inspection without calling me they told me the owner had tradies coming on the that Monday afternoon. To top it all off it took 3 weeks after the inspection to refund my bond.for the 3 weeks I was continuously calling the office about my bond and always getting told that the property manager was on the phone or was busy. The only reason they refunded the bond cause I went to the office asked them about the bond.
