I purchased an Archer lounge 4 months ago. The head rests did not aline. I had Arthur the service man come out to repair it, and he left the job unfixed. I called nickscali to tell a staff it was not repair and still faulty. As a customer i felt like i was not heard or believed, so i sent photos across to prove it. It's been very disspointing experience so far with servicing.

Great experience here, Leanne was amazing so friendly, helpful and patient. Bought a 2.5 seater recliner that was in stock. Had it the following week and we feel like we are floating on a cloud sitting on our new lounge. Thanks Leanne and Nick Scali!

Ordinary to do business with I'm afraid. The way they do business is very much about them and not the customer! Would I go back? Probably not!

Just rang local store, went through three menus.ending in our office is closed, ring M-F.blah, blah, blah.when it clearly states is open today being Saturday. Waste of time.certainly unhelpful.

Had a delightful experience in store this afternoon with Adam, he was patient and took the time to understand what it was we wanted and needed in a new couch and made some very credible reccomendations. Assisted us in choosing a colour and was very clear with the waiting times warranties and additional fees for additional services. It took us a long time to make up our mind and we are glad that Adam was there to assist.

Went into store to look at some new furniture for the lounge room, the staff were helpful and offered a lot advice to help me with my purchase. Good experience and friendly service, would definitely go back in the future!

Had a great experience at the store a few months ago and purchased a beautiful 3 seat leather lounge which arrived last Friday. I am extremely happy with the service we received from the delivery team given it was tough to get in our house. Staff at the store were bubbly, polite and took a lot of time to make sure both myself and my partner were completely happy with our purchase. Will definitely shop here again!

Honestly the most disgusting customer service I have ever delt with, we have ordered our lounges in January and have only just received them today. On top of that I had asked our sales person if the couch needed to be plugged in all the time to a power point as it was electrical but he proudly said no it didn’t so we had went with our purchases.today getting the couches we have noticed that they do in to be plugged in and when I rang the store and explained the situation nick scali in warrawong had replied with “you could get a battery for it which coasts $245 but you would need to buy a few”. Honestly such a poor service I would not recommend anyone buying any lounges from them.

Ordered a lounge sunday 4th april.
Advised 10-12 week wait.
Called at approx 6 week margin to attitude and advised lounge wasnt due until the end of week1 may.
Informed the 12week count is technically end of april. I was explained i couldnt count. Asked for the manager whom apologiaed and advised it will be mid to end of april.
Reveiced a call 6th april to be adviaed eta to the store is 6th may.
Called the venue 7th april to be tpld store manager isnt available and the person whom i spoke with was acting, informed tgere is an option at their discretion for additional 2 weeks. Meaning 13-14 weeks a d nothing can be done about it. When i explained my situation to date no care was given, was told if i called the head office id ve dealing with the same person anyway.
Hope to god, after sales isnt like thia at all.

Bought a new lounge here on sale (they are ALWAYS on sale LOL). Good range of furniture and it's a beautiful store.

Purchase lounge at apparent 50% off only to find it two weeks later reduced by another $800. Told could not cancel order without forfeiting my $825 deposit (30% & stated in contract). Offered store credit equalling the diffence. Not happy with unscrupulous marketing.
