Had such a great experience at Nick Scali Caringbah. Manager George and Bilal were AMAZING, super helpful and customer service was next level!
Both George and Bilal went above and beyond to help us and both so understanding with our circumstances. Thank you soooooo much for your help in the end George, your compassion and understanding meant the world to us!

I bought a couch in Dec 21. Was told 8 weeks delivery and it arrived in May 22,6 months later.

In the 6 months I have owned the couch I've already had to replace the zipper, had a technician attend to do a repair to the wood internally as its been falling apart. In the month since this repair I now have another 4 issues with the structure falling apart. I've asked for a refund and to return the couch with the on the phone support team, which is based in Manila (don't ask for a callback, because I did and they won't do it). They have to send a technician out to inspect, which I'm not being told will be over a month before someone can even look at it. I'll be waiting longer for Nick Scali to get their act together then I've actually had the couch.

I have no couch to sit on in my house for a month and somehow they think this is OK.

Bad product, bad service - wish I'd read these reviews first.

THE BIGGEST SCAM! Don’t buy from this store!

There are Facebook pages warning everyone about how bad they are. Check yourself…If I knew this earlier I wouldn’t have bought from them. I trusted them and now I regret.

I purchased a couch in September 2022 it’s end of December and I still don’t have a confirmed delivery date for it. On top of that they lied to me saying the couch was going to be delivered this week so I paid the reminder amount and a few hours later “due to unforeseen circumstances “ they canceled the delivery.

They have my money for over 4 months now and I have no couch. I only managed to get the delivery fee discounted but that’s not even 5% of the price of the couch.

On top of that their customer service is horrible. There’s no way to contact the store directly they hardly ever reply to my calls and emails.

Not to mention how rude they were to me over the phone the only time they called me back.

COMMUNICATION and call centre staff unhelpful and lacking care!

Delivery arrived 8.15pm - I would not purchase from Nick Scali again due to two bad delivery experiences and lack of support, forward thinking or commitment from dispatching department.

Nick Scali is almost impossible to contact. You need to go through a call centre which is useless and nobody can communicate back. Very poor customer service!

We purchased 2 lounges in February 2022 and we were told that they would arrive 8-12 weeks. It arrived in July so it ended up being a 5 month wait. When the lounges arrived the legs were not the colour we requested and we found out that the staff member who served us stuffed it up. After a few attempts on trying to communicate with this store and customer service not giving us a proper ETA update, they only now (September) got back to us that the legs will arrive mid November 2022! Not only that, we still have to book in a service technician! 10 bloody months to have our lounges complete. If you don’t want bad customer service, very poor communication and huge delays in orders then I’d highly highly recommend not dealing with these guys.

Great service form George who was helpful and proactive in adjusting our order.
Estimated delivery time is as expected and have booked in to receive TV Unit next week.

Dear All, Please DO NOT buy any items form Nick Scali Caringbah. Very unprofessional customer service after you place the orders. Come out with unrealistic excuse about the delivery. After 5 months they still cannot give me a correct ETA. The staff threaten me to cancel the order after been waiting more than 5 months.

I will not purchase any items from Nick Scali and do not recommend any of my friends to do so.

I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS BUT CANNOT POST WITHOUT SELECTING ONE.

Ordered two lounges from Nick Scali Caringbah on 18 December 2021. Salesperson was lovely explained there were delays and we wouldn’t get the lounges for 14-18 weeks… however still waiting. Tried to call and contact Nick Scali but no one could get us a proper ETA. More to the point we shouldn’t have to be chasing them. Finally, get a text saying lounges being delivered on a date that didn’t suit next week. No number to call, so messaged back to work out a new date. No response to our request, just a new delivery date 4 weeks away now. Do not buy from Nick Scali. Their customer service post sale is dismal.

I wasn't going to write this review because I thought my problems had been resolved- I was wrong. I ordered my couch in July 2021, still haven't received it!  I had to chase up this order and was calling Nick Scali month after month asking for an update to be told that it was being delayed time and time again. This week I received a text saying it will be delivered on 28/2 & I must pay for any outstanding amount to confirm this delivery date- which I did. The next day I received another text saying it's being delayed - again. Both Tommy & George (Store managers) have been courteous and apologetic regarding my situation and I must commend them for their efforts- though the situation is out of their control.

Terrible customer service. I bought my couch on the 14/10/21 and was told I was going to get it in December. Then when double checking the contract, it was written for it to arrive by the end of Jan-22.
I'm following up regarding my order on the 19/02/22 and being advised it's not "expected" to arrive on the 11/03/22 (more than the 20 weeks max limit of time for delivery I was advised initially).
When calling to Nick Scali Tarent Point, George (the store manager) answer back in a terrible manner, raising his voice, when all I was trying to do was to get a proper response from Nick Scale as I had paid the couch in full over 5 months ago.
There is nothing I can do now other than waiting for them to deliver the couch whenever they decide to do so, who knows when I'm going to receive the coach I paid over 4 months ago an counting.
DON"T BUY FROM NICK SCALI this is a SCAM!

Worst material I’ve ever bought! I use razors to get the balls out every week! I will never purchase from them again $6000 lounge that gives me anxiety every time I see furballs on it from sitting on it. I rarely use the lounge. Can’t imagine if I did

WOW! Talk about customer service done well. Immense gratitude to Tommy at the Caringbah store. Whilst the shop was busy he took his time with us ensuring we were fully taken care of. He answered all our questions (we had a lot) and went above and beyond to facilitate a phenomenal buyers experience. Watch out Caringbah store, if I need to hire a Sales person I might pinch this epic asset! Highly recommend and extremely grateful. Thank you Tommy!

Ordered a couch from their Caringbah branch 3 months ago. Couch arrived and was not the color agreed upon. The seller showed me the backside of the fabric and I was made to believe that it would be the color that would be on the couch. Even had my sister with me when I bought the couch. Both of us verified and asked multiple times to make sure that the color we were getting was correct. Alas, it was not.

Rang Nick Scali a couple of times to get the issue sorted. The first time, the agent said that the regional sales manager will ring me back. He did not. The second time, I was asked to send an email as everyone seems clueless on what is happening and what to do. Each time, the agent I am talking to seemed bored with her job and that talking to a customer is the last thing she wants to do. Always in a hurry, always impolite, cutting me when I am still talking. Sent an email and finally got a callback after from the Caringbah branch manager, only to say that he does not believe a thing I am saying. No remorse. Issue not sorted. Made me look like I was lying.

We are in a pandemic and money is not easy to earn. Even jobs are unstable. I spent a lot and was expecting to get my money’s worth. Now I have a $3000 couch which gives me stress and so much misery everytime I see it.

They are unhelpful and useless. They will lie to get that sale and will disregard you once you call them out for it. I mean what do you expect from a company that is accused of taking advantage of people’s tax money right? I should have known better.

Bought two Luigi lounges from Nick Scali and should have known things were going to be terrible after they left all the packaging blowing around in the wind on my driveway after delivery rather than recycling the boxes. What ensued was nails and bolts falling off, electrics failing, footrests falling off, tilting, headrests breaking, foam losing its structure, and they turned out to be the most uncomfortable couches in existence. After getting it repaired twice, fully replaced once and what would be the third repair I demanded a refund. Got it, which was great, however I’d like to warn people - purchase with extreme caution (or better yet - not at all).

Don’t bother shopping with Nick Scali. Ordered a lounge on the 3rd of September 2020 and was told it would arrive in 10-12 weeks. In mid October, after zero communication from Nick Scali and numerous phone calls and emails from me, I was finally told that our lounge would arrive at the end of November. At the end of November, I hadn’t heard anything, so I rang again and was told our lounge would now arrive early January. Once again, I heard nothing, so I rang AGAIN. Our lounge ended up arriving at the end of January, 21 WEEKS after the date I was told. Funnily enough, when I rang 2 weeks ago I was told by an employee “it’s happened to everyone, we’re still delivering products that were ordered in July”. Clearly, they knew that I wouldn’t be getting my lounge in 10-12 weeks, but still told me I would and took my money anyway. The lounge was finally delivered today, and was told it will be $25 per flight of stairs to take it up. The manager of the Caringbah store was lovely, but this is truly one of the dodgiest companies I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favour and order from Harvey Norman instead.

Had a good look around. Some nice pieces and some good prices (generally only sales items are reasonably priced). But am interested in the statement at the bottom of the escalator.see photo. I actually don’t think this correctly states as ‘fact’ that government requires masks in this kind of store. Certainly Domayne didn’t ‘require’ when we went there. Needs a review, ‘cos why you need masks in a store where there are more staff than customers and maintaining very reasonable distance between folks is definitely not a problem here.
