I have a had a a great experience at nick scali, customer service to customer service team online, they went above and beyond to insure I was satisfied with their product and service. Purchased 3 lounges, beautiful large rug and 2 Dinning chairs. Thank you

We are return shoppers at the Nick Scali furniture shop having to moved into our first place 7 years ago and getting the Melinda couch - the initial shopping experience, delivery and actual product kept up and looked near-new after 7 years of use, we knew we had to come back for our new furniture for our smaller place.

We were specifically after a white leather couch - I wanted a specific style where the sides weren’t rock solid, but also not flat, it’s a couch to be comfy and sit on, not to sleep. The lady serving us knew exactly what I meant and led us to the exact couch I wanted. A quick handshake later, a couple of months wait (pretty standard) and it arrived.an absolutely gorgeous couch! Now I just need to wait for the tv unit and my lounge room is set.

Overall the experience was fantastic - from knowledgeable staff to the setup service of the delivery guys to the peace of mind knowing for the next 5 years any accidents are completely covered.

If I could give zero stars I really would. Took 5 months to have our couch delivered when we were told it would only take 3 at the very most at the time of the sale. Couch was delivered and the delivery people cut the box open to put the couch in the elevator and scraped and scratched the couch when getting it in and out and now my brand new leather couch has marks and scratches and bits of leather missing. I am now waiting for a solution to be offered. Very disappointed.

I bought without checking size. Much to big and I have to sell after only a few hours of use. My fault, but One chair has shocking lumber support.

Here's a fun challenge to try out before purchasing at Nick Scali.

Show the below photos at your local store buy committing to paying thousands for a lounge and see what response you get.

We showed this to multiple store and each store said it's not normal and that it should be escalated. Nick Scali head office says this type of "puddling" is normal.

These photos were taken 2 days after receiving the lounge.

Good range of furniture to choose from, including lounges, beds, drawers, buffets, and consoles.
We were lucky to get in when we did, and avoided recent price hikes, but due to demand, delivery took an incredible 5 months, but our new lounge arrived as planned, and looks and feels as good as we expected.
The delivery guys were punctual, and efficient, but they do not take rubbish away.
All in all, highly recommended as a repeat customer.

The worst service ever. Our order was booked in April and now being pushed back to end of August. The worst communication ever. Nick Scali reputation is down hill from here look at all the recent reviews. I am sorry but DO NOT BUY FROM NICK SCALI EVER AGAIN. What a waste of time. The manager told us that our order was given to someone else and they change the delivery date on us after waiting such a long time.

No, the photo is not of a 10 year old leather lounge being sold on a Marketplace. It's actually a >$7k lounge bought from Nick Scali and delivered only weeks ago.

Heads up if anyone is considering purchasing a lounge through Nick Scali. We bought the Brighton one (more than $7k). First the lounge arrived after 20 weeks, instead of the initial 14-16 weeks as specified at time of purchase.

The real issue though is with the quality of the lounge and lack of customer service and support received.

As shown in the photo, after sitting on the lounge for a few minutes a clear pooling of the leather happens, and after speaking with a Nick Scali representative, they and their technician say this is entirely normal and it's not a manufacturing fault.

The thing is though, if you go into the store and sit on the same lounge, it doesn't do this.

We've tried calling multiple times and are constantly told that they'll get back to us, and that we can't speak directly with a senior case manager as we need to wait for their call.

They offered to use a heat suction to remove the pooling, but I hardly see this as a resolution if you're paying this much for a product which doesn't represent what's in the showroom.

Absolutely unprofessional and horrible customer service. I bought a dining table 4 weeks ago after confirming at least 3 times if the dining table is in stock. I was not only told but showed in their own system that 4 dining tables are in stock and ready for delivery in their warehouse. They advised the delivery drivers are busy and it would be delivered in 3 weeks. I paid for the dining table in full so, they had one of my dining tables in their warehouse. Close to the delivery date, they messaged us that the delivery is pushed for another month without any reasoning. I found this very dodgy. Back and forth, I was told the dining tables in stock will be delivered to other customers and I have no option but to wait for a month for their next shipment. I felt like I was misled, if they had told me in the start that the dining table is not in stock, I would not have purchased it.

Don't trust any of their promises! Every single time, I have been to their store, I have seen at least one customer angry for a similar issue.

Avoid buying from these guys. Terrible delivery and dispatch service. We ordered a console meant to be delivered on Monday, we were home all day and the order never arrived.

Called the store and they told us the delivery driver attempted delivery but we were not home. We said that's a blatant lie as we were home all day and we even called you half an hour before the scheduled end of delivery to see where the product was.

They kept blaming us but eventually they agreed and found out the delivery driver was actually lying.

We were told that they can reschedule our delivery for today - and a new driver would be assigned at no cost to us. This morning a text was sent stating they'd arrive between 8-12.

The product still hasn't arrived so we called up the store again and they're stating its supposed to arrive between 12-4. Staff clearly don't even know what is happening with their own products, not to mention the guy we spoke with today confirmed the same lying driver from Monday is the one who is supposed to deliver today as well after telling us a new one would be assigned.

So not only does the delivery driver lie the manager of the store does as well.

Please save your money and avoid buying from the store. You'll spend weeks trying to get your item let alone a refund for said item.

If you do still choose to buy from them, tell them to not assign MO as your driver because its clear he doesn't know what he's doing.

Edit:

We did not get our product and a refund was apparently issued. We didn't receive any notice off this either until we actually went in on the Easter Saturday to ask about it. Refund is yet to hit our account. However delivery came for the product today despite us cancelling.

Clear indication. Nick scali staff at campbelltown have no idea what they are doing!

By far the worst service, you'd expect half decent service for the price you pay. Delay after delay and then when they come to delivery they do not delver on weekends nether can do a pickup. The store manager has to be the best liar i have come across. He will do anything to make a sale and would lie to you just to make that sale. I will never trust or walk into another Nick Scali Store. Expect an extra 2 months from the date they quote you.

Worst experience buying from them and would not recommend them to anyone. They advise 10 to 12 weeks arrival for the furniture due to COVID which is fine but then delayed it for another 6 weeks! No sense of customer service and they just say 'that wait is nothing'. They aren't even willing to refund you your deposit or even offer you any compensation for the additional 1 and a half month wait. In total thats 18 weeks for a couch to arrive.

I would rather buy from Harvey Norman or anywhere else other than Nick Scali!

I have already spoken to the store manager and liaised with head office using the email you provided and pretty much the response from both was tough, not Nick Scali's fault nothing you guys can do about it we will still keep your money and you will still have to pay full price.

Not sure what you can do, but if you can't do anything why bother ask?

You've already taken a lot of my time and money as it was always me chasing this issue up and not once did Nick Scali have the initiative to contact me regarding delays or even respond to my issue without me always following it up.

Do not buy anything from Nick Scali. They tend to maximise their profit by playing Covid card. Its more then 21 weeks my furniture has not not been delivered. Every week the date moves further. Using Covid as an excuse they have got so much profit this year and saving money by reducing shipment cycles. Its a real shame. No one is taking responsibility and not willing to provide any compensation.
We are staying on floor in our new home. The charm of getting nee furniture in new home is lost just because of them. They have spoiled such and exciting time.
We have already paid full amount and no furniture.
Offering and refund is not an option now.as they have wasted our precious time by saying furniture is arriving this week, then it becomes next.
They do not have even confirm date to the furniture arrival. Such a shame for such a big company.

Good experience, staff helpful purchased glass table delivered today but timber legs different colour, went down ro tell them but have to wait for manager to contact us, lets see how good they are; update coming tomorrow, update to my simple problem, manager says he has imformed head office, we are contacted by customer service, asked to send photos of table, we send pics of shop table and table we received, customer service replies that no pics are with email, we send back that attachment is there with pics, customer service says they will not go to facebook to see photos, I don't know why, the link is there, all they have to do is touch link and there are photos, I cannot understand why there is a problem with this, all we are asking is that we change dark legs we were sent for the lighter ones in Campbelltown store, we are getting no help from our salesman or the store manager, and customer service is not helping either, other than to say someone will be out to look at our table on feb 5, when we will be away from home due to bookings made six months ago

All this is unbelievable when all we are asking is to swap legs from dark ro light as was displays in store when we paid for the table.
I will never do any business with nick scali at Campbelltown or anywhere else they have stores, salesman, store manager, and customer service staff are not in touch with their customers

Shop closes at 5pm got there at 4.30pm to have a sales assistant rush up to say hi letting you know shop closes in 15min what are you here to buy and ill push you to furniture for a quick transaction but with her attitude i took our $3500 elsewhere
