BEWARE DO NOT use any of Nick's services!
Very unprofessional and careless, costed me over $70k in extras as he simply didn't bother checking kitchen ventilation, make up air and air conditioning in our restaurant before construction, i had 2 engineers check his job after construction and were shocked with the carelessness, didn't bother fixing the job and didn't return any of the calls or emails.
Disgusting work ethics.
