NICE AND CLEAN GENERAL SERVICES

Abi was extremely friendly and helpful, fitting in an end of lease clean with only a days notice. I called 8 cleaning companies and this was the cheapest, and they did an immaculate job!

This is third time we use Nice and clean for our warehouse cleaning. Very professional, can’t believe that they removed the rust stain from our concrete floor. Well done guys.

Booked for a move in clean with these guys. They were very professional to go with everything, be it wether communication, pricing and the service itself. Very satisfied with the job done. Thank you Abi and Veronica for organising a detail move in clean in such a short notice.

Extremely unprofessional service. Organised an end-of-lease clean with them at least a week in advance. Was told the cleaners would be there at 10am and would call before coming. On the day, no one showed up. The sub-contracted cleaning person called me later saying he had not been informed of the exact details of the service by the company and was therefore at another job. Had to organise a last minute clean through another service because of this.
Other issues I had with this company.
1. No one answers the registered number EVER. Always went to voicemail (even on the day of the service when I called to check why no one showed up).
2. The service never bothered calling me back to give an explanation for their colossal stuff up or apologise.
My suggestion.there are other cleaning services on the Central Coast.use them instead.

Have had them cleaned my own apartment (move in cleaning), and rented apartment (end of lease cleaning). Fee is very reasonable and good quality of service. Our main contact Rojin has been very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cleaning my place was going to be a challenge after falling into some neglect. After a disappointing and frustrating experience with a previous cleaning firm, I was keen to find a cleaner that is reliable and efficient. Fortunately, I stumbled on Nice & Clean which had received good reviews. Not only did they offer a very reasonable quote for the work required, the three young men who attended were efficient, courteous and, above all, did a good job. If you are looking for reliable cleaners for your premises, Nice and Clean is a good choice.
