Amazing service and very friendly staff. Have been coming here for obstetric ultrasounds and they’re fully bulk billed!

Had a morph scan cancelled last minute by a campbelltown service. Called here to see if they had any availabilities that very day and to our surprise and relief, they were able to fit me in and at a reasonable time too. Staff were friendly and the sonographer was exceptional! Great job NIA

Every time I have used this service, they are friendly and efficient. The reception staff are lovely. Highly recommend using this service for children. They receive a bravery award and McDonald's voucher afterwards.

Had my 32 week scan here this week. It was my first time here as well. Now i wish i drove to Campbelltown instead. The reception lady was lovely but the lady that did my scan was just so rude. She was consistly shouting when we asked a question or when she spoke to us. It's our first baby too she just made a joyful experience go to a unpleasant one real quick.

My mum had a horrible experience at NIA Glenquarie. The cannula was put in INCORRECTLY by the radiologist and when they started running contrast through for the CT scan, she screamed from intense pain and the contrast fluid leaking into her arm! They stopped the infusion but it was too late. She couldnt move her arm properly for 1 month, and ended up with severe bruising/ staining of half of her arm and daily pain. It took 3 months for the pain to go away! I saw my mum literally cry for weeks on end and she NEVER cries. Not once did the radiologist who did the cannula call her, check on her or speak to her, even though he was told about the incident right away! NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Absolutely fantastic service, the workers are all of the kindest and the most helpful. I am always happy to visit and always receive the best at Glenquarie NIA Imaging.

Like most people I hate visiting anything medical. I’ve had to visit NIA twice now and I’ve been pleasantly surprised both times. The staff are always friendly, well mannered and efficient. Typically, based on two visits, you’ll wait for maybe half an hour or a little bit longer but not much. When you’re used to 1-2 hour waits it’s very refreshing.

So in summary, a clean, friendly and delightful place. Kudos to all of the staff. You’re all top notch.

Amazing service. Managed to get an appointment within 2 mins of leaving the doctor with a referral as it was an important scan. Reception was lovely and the sonographer was so understanding and catered to the fact that I preferred a female to do the scan for me. 10/10 would recommend this business

I called this morning to see if they had any appointments available for a nerve block. I was able to get in on the same day which was fantastic.
The ladies at reception are so lovely, very professional and kind. One of the ladies offered to walk with me to my car after my injection. This is something you don't experience at a lot of other imagine centres.
The CT technician was very polite and the doctor was friendly while performing the procedure. I highly recommend NIA Diagnostic Imaging.

Had to get my 9 month old a chest xray and when I walked in to make the appointment the staff were lovely and told me they could take him straight away. The X-ray technician was lovely and understanding of working with a baby was in and out in 20 minutes.

The staff is professional and helpful. Very friendly and soft spoken. However, the services are overpriced. They charged us double for my mother’s CT scan.

I used to like this place until yesterday. I took my 4MO bub for hip ultrasound. They actually got students who had no ideas what they were doing to perform it with no supervisor present in the room. Moreover, they were referencing an old image to perform the ultrasound. My bub's left side hip turned so red and wouldn't stop crying, when I asked them why it's red, one student told me because baby's skin are sensitive.seriously! Please don't take your child here. I was so close telling them that she is not a doll to play with. Later, their supervisor came over and performed it again professionally. I so much want to lodge a complain to MRPBA. How can they be so careless!

Made an appointment the day before for an X-ray so I wouldn't be late for work. Arrived 5 mins before my appointment time and had to wait 40 mins after my appointment time whilst others walked in with no appointment for an x-ray and were seen before me. Older woman behind the counter was arrogant and seems reluctant to serve people even before I asked.

I applaud the Staff at the desk at NIA! As they acted in care and understood our emergency situation and provided us an appointment on the same day!
The facility is very modern and clean; and the staff were very courteous. We will surely return here for any of our diagnostic needs and will forever be thankful for the quick response.

Been there twice now, very friendly and professional staff.
They were willing to take an X-ray at 4.40pm, even though they close at 5pm.
Was in and out in less than 20mins. Very impressed!

Posting my re view after at least a year plus of observing and attending services with this centre. All i got to say is Every staff member from reception to professionals inside are all A+ and wonderfull. So accomodating, help ful and listens to your query. I am so glad that they are very understanding and pray that they continue to be same

Great service and wonderful friendly staff. Equipment is fairly new. Place is clean. Easily accessible with plenty of parking space.

Needed a CT guided injection in my coccyx,
Xray, then ultrasound then ct and then then injection skillfully done.
Can't thanks the whole team enough. Explained everything along the way.
