Went to NHS Lambton today and the service was outstanding- nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful AJ - thank you so much for your help and fantastic advice - Fran and Trev

Staff were super helpful here! I’m new to Australia and unfamiliar with the metric system. Staff were patient and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for all your building supply needs!

Door turned up with half a hinge on it and no door jam as advertised on there site with a door jam easy to fit

If no jam was so posed to be supply why put half a hinge on the door and where do i get the other half of the hing from?

Next the driver crashed into the neighbors fence and drove off

I have contacted NHS to have no answer and they don't seam to care about fixing the fence have told neighbor to contact police and get a quote from a fencer to fix and send NHS the bill

Great pricing and great customer service.

First time ordering and it was ridiculously easy. Thanks to Nesha who organised everything. Added stuff to my order a few days before it was due for delivery without any problems.

Delivery was fast, on-time and they dropped the timber exactly where I needed it.

This weekend we returned some bits that we didn't use, refunded promptly.

Nothing to fault here. Also got some good advice on decking when we popped in to do the returns.

Very rarely do I ever come across good customer service in Hardware Stores but after calling into NHS Lambton I was very impressed with the service. Amanda is exceptional in customer service and has great product knowledge. She went above and beyond to assist me Friday morning and even followed through with a phone call to confirm that delivery would be made the next morning. After being treated like garbage by two Sydney based building supply companies, I thought I would give NHS at Maitland a go. I was served by Josh who is quite literally the customer service master. At the end of the day I wanted very little in terms of product and at most would have spent under $100. Josh treated me like I was spending $500,000. Nothing was too hard. He was engaging, he listented to me and gave me relevant information. There should be more people like Josh in Customer Service as he is the dictionary definition.

I went into the Beresfield Location the other day as I am doing some renovations at my place, spoke to a very knowledgable guy at the counter named Nathan who steered me in the right direction for a better solution then I had in mind for my prooject, saved me some money and saved me a lot of time. Thanks again to the crew at Beresfield. Great Customer Service

Came by the other day and even though i wasn't purchasing anything at the moment (doing some home Reno's soon and needed advice on materials) the staff were friendly and they guy who helped me out (Aaron I believe his name is) was crazy helpful, full of awesome tips and gave me great advice on what I should use and do.
