Wow akin's knowledge and experience in injury management is fantastic iv had a chest and shoulder injury for over 5 years I gave up on it until I went to next phase finally someone was able to diagnose my issue and give me effective treatment I highly highly recommended next phase if you have any injury issues they are who you want to see!

I could write a couple of pages about how amazing the guys at next phase injury are, but I’ll try and keep it as short and sweet as possible. I came to know Arkin the owner of next phase through a friend who recommended him very highly. He began treatment on my lower back with an injury I have been living with for over 20 years. Immediately after my first treatment, I felt immense relief, which I hadn’t felt in over 20 years. He is the ultimate professional, highly decorated across many fields of his industry, has a wealth of knowledge with great advice on recovery, always following up and checking on my recovery. Extremely honest, and never up sells when I ask about different treatments. But above all, he’s just a genuine great guy, and I really look forward to my treatment each month to help me get through the next month and to catch up. Great job to all the staff at next phase injury. Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend next phase injury to anybody requiring any of the treatments they offer.

First time visiting Next Phase Clinic and saw Dr Jess. She was the best chiropractor I have ever had. Especially after birth she had adjusted my whole body and felt amazing! She even took a look at my son and he was so happy and made him feel so relaxed for the whole 30 min of seeing him.

I had my first session with Hadi a few days ago. The atmosphere was very calming, he took the time to answer any questions I had and even went over the allocated time to explain to me the extent of my issue. He was extremely respectful and polite. I’ve been to other places before but I really recommend this one and the therapist Hadi. I will definitely come back.

Hady was so good, came in with crazy shoulder and back pain and he taught me great exercises and methods to quickly solve it. Definitely will be coming again.

I highly recommend going to Next Phase Injury Therapy to get treatment for all your injuries. I've been suffering from a frozen shoulder since 2018 after being involved in a MVA and having surgery. Went to so many doctors, specialist, back clinics and had xrays done but to no success and being told its just muscle pain and it will improve with time. After just the first visit Gozde knew exactly what my problem was and confirmed I had a frozen shoulder. I finally had someone who knew what they were talking about and what treatment was needed to help me. After 2 months of treatment so far, there has been such an improvement that my family and I can not believe. Thank you to the team especially Gozde and Dr Loren (Chiropractor) for helping me and continually helping me improve my condition. Number 1 place to go.

Reformer Pilates is a completely different workout to my usual gym sessions. Rayanne is awesome at focusing on a couple of muscle groups each class and pushing us to ensure we get maximum results.

Before Visiting Gee the Remedial Massage Therapist, i constantly had chronic back pain and muscle spasm. After a couple sessions i already began feeling the difference. Gee had also let me know i was stiff in certain areas which affected other areas of my body that she worked on. Would recommend her magic hands to anyone with any discomfort or muscle pain

The service and the treatment I received at Next Phase was professional, informative and most importantly effective. I walked into that clinic a broken man, niggling injuries I’ve had for years gone after only a couple of treatments.
