Got charged an extra $350 to bubble wrap the furniture and Johnny and Oliver took 6 hours to do a 3 hour job because they were being “extra cautious” so nothing breaks or gets damaged and yet still managed to damage my furniture. Bunch of imports milking everyone for their money. Tried to escape before assembling the furniture and when asked to assemble it they were done in 5 minutes because it was on their time not mine

I really enjoyed this experience from next level removals as they treated me with respect and got my furniture removed as soon as possible and really safe. This saved me a lot of time and didn’t make a mess and I’m really proud.

We gave Michael and his crew an almost impossible challenge lifting a 180kg boardroom table up 3 flights of a spiral staircase. They were methodical, careful and ultimately successful. They proved that 'There's nothing that can't be done'. We highly recommend Next Level for the trickiest of jobs.

What a blessing finding this company, and at short notice they made our move from Melbourne to Sydney a whole lot less stressful! We used their VIP service, meaning we had our own truck and were able to work with our times. On collection day, Emad and his team arrived early, worked quickly and we were on our way. At the other end (within 24 hours!) we greeted Emad at our new place and they unloaded and sorted everything to where it needed to be, finishing up by putting our bed together and even levelling the washing machine! Money well spent! Will use them again and recommend highly.

The 4 men among others who worked on our big move from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast (Roni, Emad, Ahmed, Neesem) were very professional, extra careful with our heavy and delicate furniture, patient and accommodating. If we had to move again, we will request for the same group of men to help us. Our items arrived without damage, and the very heavy furnitures, were positioned precisely where we wanted them to be. The men did not hesitate to make a few adjustments in positioning our super heavy dining and coffee tables to satisfy us.

Videl (Sam) and Henry were extremely efficient and professional with our move. We moved a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment into our new home which is 15km away. They arrived right on time, communicated early to set expectations and worked very quickly. Thank you for all your help!:)
