Next-Gen Physio

I’ve been visiting Next-Gen Physio for a few years now. I’ve always found the team to be knowledgeable and genuinely caring no matter which physiotherapist or therapist you visit.

I met Tom and Gabby during my first appointment here, both were fantastic!
Tom has a great manner and had no trouble getting to the bottom of my injury. I'm a big fan of the app they use because it overcomes the problem of forgetting exercises or how to do them properly

After suffering from back pain and muscle stiffness for a while due to a work related injury.
I went in to see the guys at Next Gen and was referred to Adam for a remedial massage. After my first massage I immediately rebooked with him again, his knowledge about particular muscles and post massage exercises is great, and also how in-depth he goes with his massage definitely made me want to return again. I can’t recommend Next Gen Physio enough.

Wow, I have been to Next-Gen Physio, for remedial massages and Physio for small muscle issues, and always received good treatment and rehab plans fixing my issues. But David went one step further with my latest issue. I developed an outer calf strain, which continually got worse over a few weeks, starting to really affect everyday movements, sleep and with increasing pain.

The usual gathering of information commenced, how, I didn’t know because of gradual onset, when, again I could only give general info, not “This Caused It”. Lots of movements, extensions, pressure testing and continued discussions re what I had been doing differently over the last month, nothing then ID change of furniture and sitting position, and diagnosed a pinched or compressed nerve along the outer edge of my leg. Given a series of specific exercise to release the nerve without inflaming it. Removed the higher than usual ottoman and three days later everything was back to pre-injury conditions, no pain no restrictions

The level of detail that Next-Gen staff go into to get an accurate diagnosis is so good, much more that I have experienced with other Physio’s, I cant recommend David and the team enough.

Needed some post-op treatment done as recommended by my surgeon. Tom & his team are very friendly and welcoming. Tom is a fantastic physio & helped with my recovery so much. Much appreciated. Highly recommend NextGen Physio.

Hands down the best team, best physios, and best atmosphere you could ever wish for. I've been seeing Dave for a few climbing/sports related injuries, along with post-surgery work after a meniscus tear, and I've felt nothing but improvements and confidence from session to session.

Absolutely amazing place, super friendly and genuine staff. Clearly care about their clients needs and just all round great place. Highly recommend.

As soon as I walked into next-Gen I was greeted with smiles. Sophie the lady at the counter made me feel so welcome.my waiting time was very short and Michael was a very nice young man who new what he was talking about and done everything in his power to help me overcome my injury.

What an incredible team, and incredible atmosphere with incredible results! I have been to Next-Gen for issues with headaches, associated with neck, shoulder and TMJ pain which have all been dramatically improved with dry needling, massages and exercises. I highly recommend Next-Gen Physio!

Awesome team - i had been having trouble with my ankle and knee for a long time and after a few visits I am now able to walk without pain for the first time in years. Dave was incredible in working back to the actual source of the pain and not just treating the most obvious issue.

Tom is a caring physio and very knowledgeable about unique conditions. The practice is brand new and they messaged me a follow up the day after my treatment.
