We approached Charmaine in early 2020 when COVID lock downs first started and much was unknown. My partner had come to visit from overseas and then the borders closed, we fell pregnant and our company was reducing hours left right and centre in preparation for what was still unknown in terms of economic impacts. Ms Charmaine was recommended by a colleague when I was looking for a migration agent that would help us with our 491 visa. With all her positive reviews as an agent, I decided to seek her services. Charmaine really did an excellent job with my partner’s fiancé visa application. In just a span of 6 months, we already received an RFI from DOHA, and after a month, my partner’s fiancé visa has already been granted!
