Always extremely helpful and very quick at getting your scripts dispensed. Staff are so lovely and helpful to deal with over the phone. Thankyou for making it so easy to fill my prescriptions - I’m in QLD and I have received my scripts next day unlike my local chemist who didn’t stock and would take a week to have the medicine in. I won’t be using anyone else!

The female staff are prompt and excellent with their service and dispatch Emily is a constant stand out with her prompt and friendly service. Always within 24hrs. The male staff on the otherhand always take an additional 24 hrs on dispatch and delivery for some unexplained reason. Being male myself there is probably a
chromosome issue somewhere in there. No need to harp on about it. Otherwise overall 9/10

Medication can be ordered in advance. Collection then only takes a couple of minutes to dispense. I regularly see this chemist and genuinely belive that they are the best option for anyone who would prefer to access their Medication promptly and in person. Bought a $70 compounded medicine (in the form of a cream) from Nexgen Pharma.

The first batch they gave me was grainy and in a very bad container that I couldn’t use appropriately. The medication amount is meant to be pea sized but the dispenser made it difficult to pump that much out, and instead it pumped out 2-3x as much.

I had to call them, and go back to get it redone.

The second batch was given in a better container/dispenser and better consistency, except I had to leave urgently for overseas shortly after and forgot to take the medication with me. I’ve come back now and have only been able to use it two-three times. The rest is just air.

These people made me purchase a $70 medication from them, and all there is in there is air. What a joke.

Cannot say good enough things about the staff here. Ramon and the whole team are genuine, kind, helpful and go out of their way to help. I take medication regularly and thanks to the consideration and thoughtfulness of the team here it has been easy to get my medication when I need it. Service is outstanding.

This place is excellent. Not only do they provide compounded medicine but regular ones too. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and very friendly. They make you feel valued. A little tricky to locate the first time but there is parking right at the entrance which makes it convenient.

After a very long and stressful Two day hospital stay with my partner, we were discharged late on Saturday afternoon with a script for a medication that no one seemed to have. We called Rimon at Nex Gen. He didn’t have the medication himself, but took our number and called numerous pharmacy and found us the medication we were after. Could not recommend Rimon more. My clients order their cosmetic tattoo numbing cream here. They really listen and care for you. Orders are always prepared quickly and in time. Shop sign is a little ambiguous but they will pick up the phone and readily offer directions. Is up the ramp to the right. If you can't find it, call them and they will help you with parking.

It was very easy to order, I send an email with my script, item is always ready to be collected sooner than expected. Prices are cheaper than other compound Phamacies in the area. I would definitely recommend NexGen.

The most fabulous service you could receive from any pharmacy!
After leaving the GP at 545pm the night before a public holiday, I was in desperate need of compounded medication for my 2 month old daughter. I rang NexGen asking hwt time they closed today and about their trading hours over the Easter long weekend. They advised they were closed but can certainly help me out right now and make the medication she needs and could have it ready for collection tonight!
