I found Bill really lovely and friendly but the state of the place was quite unsettling and the lack of communication was my biggest issue. He never read the booking information and also wouldn’t pay attention and listen to me when I was explaining why my partner and I were there, I had to repeat myself many times until he listened.
When it comes to treatments you don’t get any information about what you’re ingesting. I asked several times and only got “good for tummy” “good for muscle”
I struggled a lot deciding to write this but no one mentions this very important things in the reviews and I wish I had known.

I came to Dr Bill by chance & am so grateful to have found him! I had never had acupuncture/TCM before and he's helped more in 1 month than all the other doctors I've seen in my life combined.
Clearly he knows exactly what he's doing but to me it just seems like magic. Amongst other things, he fixed my bruxism in the first appointment (I'd thought it was incurable & have spent $thousands on dental splints, repairs etc).

Seen quite a few people in last 18 months to solve a leg issue & Dr Bill seems to have cured it with his hands, acupuncture & cupping / all in one session. Will go again to fine tune but highly recommend.

Dr Bill has helped me with a variety of issues over the years. Shoulder pain (two treatments and has never come back), heel pain (one treatment, has never come back), nervy neck pain (one recent treatment and feeling normal 5 days later), bad post-natal carpal tunnel (one treatment). He helped my friend greatly who saw him for hip pain she saw countless physios for over many years. He is very skilled at musculoskeletal health. Some treatments were intensely painful, most were not particularly painful. The intensely painful ones were very worthwhile.

I was diagnosed with meniscus tear on my left knee as well as osteoarthritis about 1+ year ago. It was worsened and since beginning of this year, my sleep had been affected due to the pain. I went to see Bill about 2 months ago and had the best sleep for the first time because I did not have knee pain. I had a total of 4 appointments with him and now I could go back and do my Zumba (albeit carefully - not too high impact). I almost lost hope because my GP indicated that the only way I could get this fixed is by having surgery! But Bill proved that the GP is wrong. Thank you so much Bill.

I came in for sore shoulder and really tense upper back. Went out feeling refreshed! Dr. Bill was such a great guy! Even came in after-hours to accommodate me. Would highly recommend!

Dr Bill is a very kind, calm, experienced and intuitive acupuncturist. Just by checking the pulse, he straight away knows what the problem is. He fixed my problems with TMJ what seems to be a miracle to me:) Apart from that, he has also been treating my problems with tight back muscles and skin issues. Dr Bill is also a herbalist so you get an absolute holistic approach as a patient.

Bill is a wonderful acupuncturist and herbalist. He is very gentle and incredibly intuitive. I trust him very much with my body and energy. From my very first visit he was able to read my pulse and share so many insights. I have never left a review for anything before but would like to highly recommend him.

Bill treated my 39 week pregnant wife. We came to relieve tension and possibly bring on labour. Bill was very measured with his approach and was very calming. We think the treatment was very successful and within 24hours of treatment my wife delivered our baby.
I have also been seeing Bill over the last year for neck and shoulder pain and have found his treatments provide excellent relief.

I had tennis elbow pain walking in. Later in the day, completely gone. He knew my problems just by looking at me. Few questions asked. Problem fixed. That's an experienced and intuitive practitioner right there! So glad I found Dr Wenbing Zhang.

Dr Bill fixed the chronic pain in my neck and shoulders that I had experienced for the last couple of years. He used a combination of acupuncture, cupping and Chinese herbs. Very grateful!

Bill is very wise, knows what he is doing, and truly cares about your health. He successfully helped me with a sciatica pain and stiff muscles on my back and glutes.

Doctor knows his stuff! Even though English is his second language, he definitely knows within seconds what's wrong with you and how to fix it. Would highly reccommend!

Doctor is warm and friendly and knows what he’s doing. I felt an immediate relief 5mins in to the session and a lot better after. Definitely going back.

The place is average, but treatments are definitely work, so still 5 star over all.
