Staff called me and asked is there anything I'm not happy with. Generally speaking, I am a satisfied tenant. Newton has done well in contacting their customers, and also quick response to tenants' repair requests. I understand people are busy, but better communication still can be made in replying to clients' emails so that people will know their inquiries or concerns are to be processed. Considering overall services they provided, i revised the stars to five.

Hands up if you have had the same frustrating experience with the daunting task to find a property to live in. If you phone for information the standard response when searching for your ideal property is "download the App", if you ask how to view "download the App", if your want more information "download another App" my phone is full of apps, then I get inundated with loads of Apartments for rent not in the area I have requested, not event with the bed and bath rooms I need, and no car space? Until I met this Angle from Newton, (Chantelle Maksoud) very knowledgeable of the area, genuinely interested in what I am looking for, and where the recommended areas are in Cronulla to meet my life style, followed up with all my questions and provided guidance, and supported my application to the approval phase within 48 hours of viewing the apartment. I cannot praise Chantelle enough, other than she is a real credit to the reputation of Newton Estate Agency, Chantelle Thank you so very much you have made me very happy the apartment ticks all the boxes. If I could give zero stars I would. Company that only care about $$ and not tenants. For 6 months we repeatedly notified them that our stove didn’t work. Not once did they do anything about it as we continued to pay rent on time in full. They now can’t even return phone calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
